Location is fantastic and the bed is very comfortable. Handy having a restaurant downstairs with nice food.
Only 5 tissues in the box.
Self check n was inconvenient and stupid because staff had to help people every step of the way.. my keycard didn’t work reliably in the lift. All the ABC television stations and a couple of others had no sound.
Room was perfect. Loved the welcome in the TV. Even though it said Mr and should have been "miss".
Restaurant chef wasn't very helpful as I only wanted an entres sized meal due to stomach surgery. His first words were, we can't lower prices. Thats not what I asked. I ended up ordering a laksa off the takeaway menu and ate in my room instead.

Only thing to stop this being a 10/10 experience is that there was a small stain on one of the towels.
Staff were welcoming. When aircon wasn't cooling, they found us another room. We were very greatful as we were flying overseas on a 15hr flight the next day.

Price
Not the first time I’ve stayed here, and probably won’t be the last. It’s really close to the airport, walking distance from the domestic terminal, and that’s the only reason the price is worth it. For this price I would expect breakfast included, but all you get is a bed.
