I have stayed at this hotel many times over a decade. Very convenient and comfortable, great food.
Getting expensive, at this price it is reasonable to expect a bedside light and suitable power points on both sides of a double bed. For just somewhere to sleep it has become overvalued.

Since we arrived late at night and checked out early in the morning, we didn't really have much time to experience what the hotel had to offer.
I think the mattress really needs to be replaced.The mattress was far too soft. Whenever one person moved, the movement disturbed the other person and often woke them up.

Excellent proximity to airport. Having a restaurant was very good for a quick meal after a bit of plane trips.
Pillows need replacing. Very soft and thin. I asked for some ice and was told to go to the bar and ask them for some. Walked into the restaurant and the bar staff were flat out serving people so we went back to our room and had a drink without ice. I realize everyone has to gave a room with no view but as this was our 50th wedding anniversary I thought we could have been looked after room wise a little better. 2nd floor and looking over a tin roof. I guess if I had have paid more for the one night we may have been looked after a little better.
Easy to get to from airport. Roomy and well appointed Restaurant downstairs very good. Staff all friendly and helpful.
Nothing we didn’t like. Only small negative was the carpet along skirting board near entrance door of room needed a good clean.
Everything was amazing easy access especially when we needed to fly and leave property at early hours in morning for flight. Everything was clean, we loved it!

The breakfast was excellent. It was so much better than I expected.
We arrived late at night, but the front desk staff seemed rather cold and unwelcoming. The mattress was extremely soft and lacked support. Whenever one person moved, the entire mattress moved, disturbing the other person. It was very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on.
A short walk from the domestic terminal. Beds were comfortable' Check in and check out were very efficient. Friendly staff.
Room was very stark for an expensive hotel. Requires a shuttle to get to the international terminal. This hotel charges for the shuttle. There are other less expensive hotels nearby that provide a free shuttle.

The hotel room was very dirty. The carpet floors were stained and mould was present in every corner. After raising this issue with the staff for a room change, the second room had exactly the same issue. We then asked for this to be raised with the manager but it was explained to us that the manager was away. We only stayed for the one night.
