Our stay was comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money
Pros:

We never had breakfast at the Ibis but it looked amazing. The staff information about trains, the area etc was great. After a busy day sightseeing it was great to come back and have a drink and bite to eat there.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about our time there.

Un hôtel à l’ambiance chaleureuse à proximité immédiate du métro le plus stratégique de Londres.

Son design, son petit déjeuner, la literie, son ambiance, ses équipements et surtout son emplacement à 50 mètres du métro jubilee line

Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel was pristine, staff were brilliant and so close to the underground. The location was so much better than expected as right next to supermarket and other stores.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard but that's something we spent alot of money on at home, so it may be us just being used to ours

Very great stay
Pros:

The staff at the reception really made a difference due to their super positive attitude. The hotel and the rooms were really fresh and newly refurbished. There was a kettle with tea and coffee provided on the room. We only spent a night, but it was rather quiet and the bed was very comfy. I would probably consider staying here again in the future. Location is not central but takes only 30 minutes to the very centre of the city with the tube station being just outside the hotel.

Cons:

Only 3 towels were provided in total for 2 persons. I think we would have been given another one if we had asked, which we did not. The bathroom was somewhat small, but still you have everything you need there.

Pros:

Asiakaspalvelu oli uskomattoman hyvää ja henkilökunta sekä vastaanotossa että ravintolan puolella erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä ja ilmastointia oli helppo käyttää. Aamiainen oli hyvä, kuten myös listalta ostettu ruoka illemmalla. Sijainti oli myös mainio, vain muutama askel julkisten kulkuneuvojen pysäkiltä ja vain muutaman pysäkin matka keskustaan.
