Pros:

En general todo. Las instalaciones, el desayuno, el personal, el silencio en las habitaciones… y que la parada de metro está en la misma puerta del hotel. Leí opiniones sobre el ambiente en la zona por la noche y temí un poco antes de llegar. Sin embargo y aunque no he estado fuera del hotel a altas horas de la noche, creo que pueden ser prejuicios infundados. En la zona hay más hoteles y lo que parece ser zona residencial nueva. Yo repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

El suelo de la ducha resbala y aunque el desayuno está muy bien, creo que falta más fruta y algún otro tipo de pan.

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Everything was clean and the style of the room was very pleasing to the eye. Excellent value for money and a great location literally a minute walk away from the underground.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that I think the double beds were two single beds put together.

Perfect place to stay when traveling from abroad to see a concert at the O2 Arena.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and perfect for a solo travele. I chose not to have breakfast included, since there were supermarket and a McDonalds a few meters away.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from central London and certainly Heathrow, but it was perfect for me, because it's just one subway stop from the O2 Arena, where concerts and other events take place. The O2 is also a massive shopping center.

El personal súper amable, todo muy limpio y justo al lado de una parada de metro y de tren. En 30 minutos estás en el centro. La habitación muy cómoda y silenciosa.

Could be better but worth the price. Good experience.
Pros:

Good overall
In front of the tube and buses.

Cons:

Overall cleaning, a lot of dust under the bed and on the floor.
Breakfast: always the same.
Rooms: too much noise from other rooms or due to the building itself.
Need to reset wifi every day, exhausting.
