I had a super lovely and comfy time!
Pros:

The lobby looks amazing and so cosy and modern!! I loved it the second I stepped foot in it. Every table there invites you to stay. The rooms: no see-through bathroom door (because I hate those!), room was very clean and modern, everything worked great, they provided nice hair shampoo/conditioner, body wash and also liquid soap. The bathroom looked great and was roomy and the shower was roomy, too! The TV had the option to chromecast from my iPad, which worked great! They have a signal jammer in the hotel, so you won't have any signal while you're in there, but the Wi-Fi the hotel provides is free and fast. The check-out time of 12 PM is nice. The cleaning staff was lovely and kind. The noise level from other guests was okay, I didn't hear them much, tbh. The elevators worked and they have 2 (which isn't standard in London, at least not in my experience) and the room has a perfectly working AC that will instantly cool the room down within 5-10 minutes. The rooms also have blackout curtains for comfortable sleep and hangers in the little closet. They also provide an extra blanket, should you be 2 people who don't want to share a blanket. The bed is a bit hard, but I slept well on that. The pillows were comfortable (side- and stomach sleeper).

Cons:

There was no toilet brush, which I found a bit odd. But I only stayed for 2 nights, so it didn't bother me too much. If I would've stayed longer, I would have requested one. I don't like that they use a signal jammer, because I wasn't able to receive any regular calls and my work requires me to do so.

Great hotel right opposite the tube and DLR. One stop from the 02 and just 10 minutes on the DLR to London City Airport.

Our Go To Hotel in London
Pros:

This has become our go to hotel whenever we visit London. We have stayed here multiple times because it is reliable, well located, and consistently provides a good experience. Any time we have had a concern, the staff has responded quickly and handled it in a professional and satisfactory manner.

Cons:

The only area where we feel there is room for improvement is flexibility with check in times. At many other hotels, we have occasionally been able to check in one or two hours early when rooms are available. While the hotel is always willing to store our luggage, we have never been able to receive an early check in during our stays. This is a relatively minor point, but it is the only consistent downside we have experienced.

Food menu in evening v limited - nothing vaguely healthy on there so ended up with sweet potato fries!
