Pros:

Location was great with plenty of places close by.
Staff were friendly & happy at work which was refreshing.

Cons:

Was a little hard to get to & traffic out the front was grid lock which was disappointing however it was not helped due to the fact that there were two events on at the Convention Centre the weekend we stayed

It was a pleasant stay with fabulous city view which i enjoyed.
Pros:

I really loved the location and view from the room. It was Fantastic

Cons:

I asked for a room for 2 adults and 1 child. I did mention the age of the child. They provided 1 Queen bed for 3 of us which i dont think is fair.

Great hotel, nice staff! Will stay again.
Pros:

We had a great time, staff are very nice and accommodating where possible, we requested a high view. The rooms are clean and hotel smells nice, pretty quiet for a hotel, occasionally hear a door outside but otherwise pretty quiet. The rooms are comfortable and close to restaurants, the casino and Southbank. We have stayed here before for work and been happy every time. Well done :) we will return. The only issue was the room service chips were stone cold and hard 😂 but otherwise great.

The location is great. Close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed walking in the bridge after brekky.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I was enjoying everything from bread to fruits to coffee. It was good.

Cons:

They should have toothbrush and bedroom slippers.
