Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were very nice and professional.
The lift broke down and we had to go down 5 flights of stairs to exit. Also at one point an emergency alarm to evacuate went on for about 15 mins resulting in some very distressed crying children and anxious people all for no reason. False alarm. No announcement afterwards to explain. Also the parking fees were very expensive.

The location was great, straight out the door and only steps to restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable, bed was super soft.
Not having a smart TV and having to chromecast instead was a little annoying but that was our only issue.

Cleanliness and location
You can’t control your own room temp, so all night we had temp of 22 and we are a family who is use to colder rooms when to sleep so wasn’t comfortable for us. Did call reception at midnight who said they can manually do it for us but it did not work
