Perfektes Hotel für einen Citytrip
Pros:

Perfekte Lage. Vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. U-Bahn in der Nähe.
Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Fernblick. Sehr gutes Restaurant- und Frühstücksangebot.
Tiefgarage im Haus.

Pros:

la taille des chambre, la qualité de la literie, la propreté, l'emplacement. Mention particulière au staff qui a été adorable.

Cons:

l'isolation, le bruit dans les couloirs est très audible, le bruit de la rue aussi. Je n'ai pas très bien dormi.

Pleasant stay in central location
Pros:

Covered rooftop swimming pool, sauna and gym - useful to relax and take some time off. Breakfast surprisingly good and inexpensive. Good sized room.

Cons:

Busy lifts and long waits.

Good for couples and great access to tons of activities!
Pros:

The staff are very attentive and professional and the location is perfect for lots of activities.

Cons:

Our room had a great view however, there were not enough hooks, or bars to hang clothes on a zero drawers! We mostly lived out of our suitcases as we had no where to put clothes. 414

Pros:

My daughter experienced an injury after I had already booked the hotel. When I shared that we would be renting a wheelchair for our stay, they moved us to a wheelchair accessible room that was spacious and accommodated her needs. This was done without us asking. Everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any requests or questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

I don’t have any concerns. The hotel met all of our needs.

Correct mais vraiment sans plus. C’est pour dépanner.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, très bon état et propre.

Cons:

Oubli de peignoir dans une des deux chambres, pas de chaussons pour aller à la piscine . Il faut réclamer. Trop grand et impersonnel.
Personnel de l’accueil correct mais autour personne ne dit bonjour, peu agréable… Le client est tout simplement ignoré.
Sur 10 jours c’est bien la première et seule fois que nous avons trouvé des québécois ni sympas ni souriants.

Le bar est à éviter car service très long, pas aimable et pas très honnête concernant le Happy Hour . Il y a de quoi se poser des questions… Tout n’est pas pris dans le Happy Hour mais on ne le sait que le lendemain car on ne nous l’a pas proposé.
Quartier bof … il y a mieux.

Booking avais pris le paiement sur ma carte débit Visa arrivez a lhotel il ont refusé mon arrivé après 10 hrs de route et le superviseur a jamais voulu rien faire meme en y vouloir y laisser un dépôt alors jai été au monville et tout as pis été et super satisfait une employer a la réception a fini par m'aider apres 3 fois que j'essaye d'appeler booking car il parle juste anglais jaurai aimé qu'ont m'accepte surtout quand le paiement avais été effectuer dans mon compte par booking
