Desk lady ran after us to make sure that our checkout was correct when there was some issues due to us checking in super late the night before. Real MVP

Stayed while traveling to Florida from Colorado. Sammie & Morgan were great and super helpful

Staff was excellent, services were very nice and accommodations were exceptional. Took a little time to figure out the shower mechanism for most of us but eventually discovered. Would like temperature indicators like red and blue. A little stumble on food service for breakfast arrangements was quickly corrected for the next day so all went well. Great place in the middle of plenty of dining options around.

Stayed two nights in May/June 2026. Very disappointed with the appearance of the property in comparison to a few years ago. The quality of the amenities has been drastrically reduced to the level of a 2-3 star property.

Positives: convenient location, friendly staff (but not particularly helpful or knowledgeable), lively bar, quiet and clean rooms.
Negatives: Common areas (elevator/hallways) are looking rough, including cracked tiles, stained carpets. The hydration station had only plastic cups (vs. glass) and the ice machine needed to be cleaned. In the room, there is no longer free water in the refrigerator, sink drained slowly, glasswear was plastic, shower amenities were not fully stocked and the bed did not have a mattress cover or bag (just a sheet that keep pulling off). Valet parking is over $30 a nt. (likely average for Bricktown), but the valet was not prompt despite low traffic. Bar staff seemed overwhelmed, the interior bar area was messy and they overcharged for their pours (I was billed a double for 1.5 ounces of alcohol). When I questioned the pour, I was told by the bartender that she had been generous and it was the glass that made it look like less (I watched her measure it out with the jigger!)

Good location. Room was nice, but customer service was horrible from valet to front desk to house keeping. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came to give us new towels or empty the trash. We went to request new towels after 2 days and the lady at the front desk seemed inconvenienced, but said she would tell housekeeping to send some up. After an hour of waiting, we went back down to the front desk and the lady said that she sent them a message. Husband asked if he could just get the towels himself, but she said “No. I can’t leave the front desk.” Valet workers were rarely there, because they seemed to be understaffed. Not their fault. Seems to be poorly managed. We aren’t a high maintenance crew. We just need some new towels every couple of days and need the trash emptied when it’s overflowing. Our family is Marriott Bonvoy members, so we stay at Marriott branded hotels quite a bit. We very rarely write reviews, unless something is outstanding or something is extremely underwhelming. Unfortunately, this stay was definitely the latter. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice staff, clean facility all around, definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was very good especially the omelette from the kitchen. The people that worked throughout the hotel were very friendly. The bar service was also good. Will come back again. In addition the valet services were great and we received our vehicle quickly every time.

Sammie was so amazing the week I was there. So nice every time I came down for my car. Thank you Sammie for making that part of trip easy and enjoyable.

Ivan at valet was amazing dude the only valet guy that is so nice but hotel helpers for my room was lil rude but Ivan at valet is great guy needs a raise ASAP.
