Location
Clean
The staff was great! The place was very clean and in a good location for our needs. We could walk to a lot of our events; otherwise, we took an uber. The room darkening curtains were also nice!
The bed was really hard for me. I did not get much sleep. When I walked in the room, I could not figure out the light switches. It took me a while to figure it out. The shower was not great. I'm not sure if the shampoo even cleaned my hair or if it rinsed out. The overhead shower was messed up. I turned it on and water was coming out of the shower head and the actual ceiling. Yikes! The lighting in the bathroom was also not that great for putting on makeup.
The location in a pedestrian driven environment to many bars, restaurants and activities exceeded expectations. The rooms were excellent: clean, spacious with comfortable beds and nice linen. The check-in lounge area had a nice bar, coffee and sitting areas. The valet parking was attentive. My first choice for places to stay in OKC.
The valet parking is open air. Covered parking particularly in the summer and with the threat of hail storms would be better. While the place described itself for "older adults", the bar music was would suggest otherwise...
Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal und Porzellangeschirr beim Frühstück
Ausstattung Zimmer: Hotellatschen etc.
Ivan and Josh were awesome and took great care of us.
Great place just not great parking
It was nice
Everything! Great neighborhood, great for our pets and staff is excellent.
Menu at the restaurant bar was pretty limited, but the location was great and there were a lot of good restaurants in walking distance.
It was good
Good in and out
Bryce in valet was a pleasure to work with.
I got there and thought this is a nice looking hotel - there were tornado warnings roughly 7pm - the TV went out, I get it...they "had someone getting it reset" a short time later the storm blew over & still at MIDNIGHT when I called down the girl was acting like I asked for a kidney when I wanted the tv to work - no apologies just attitude and she literally said what do you think I am supposed to do about it (well you work there how about 5 hours ago get someone on it)- she said maintenance left for the day and she didn't know anything about it - My entire stay no tv and she said she'd have the manager call me today - NO CALL - This morning when I left STILL NO TV - the shower is horrible I can pee harder, the place is kind of beat up and there is no parking unless you pay a fortune for valet or the same price for self parking in a town where that just shouldn't be RIP OFF- they could have a good thing but no one takes care of it and when something goes wrong no one cares
I was close to my event.
I was charged two deposits. My credit card is overdrawn. $800 hold for a $400 stay is ridiculous. I did not order any extras only the room.
The location in the Brickell district was perfect for both mid-day and late night walks. The hotel had nice facilities with an upscale trend. The location is also near the streetcar which provides easy access to other areas of the City.
The hotel informed us, when trying to check in, that our booking was only for one night instead of two nights as had been prepaid through Booking.com. The staff was quite rude throughout the ordeal, but it didn't help when a Booking.com agent hung up on one of the staff members - this lead to retaliation against us, the paying customers. The entire ordeal took three hours to resolve and we weren't in a room until after midnight. This might very well be the last time I used Booking.com as there was never a solution provided after spending multiple hours on the phone.
