Very nice stay, excluding the breakfast.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean! Staff was wonderful. Valet (Mason!) was amazing. Desk clerk and female waitress were exceptional.

Cons:

Breakfast food was not worth it at all. Coffee was not good, eggs were runny. Fruit was all melon. Skip the breakfast.

We had a great few days away as a family, the hotel was so central it was excellent, hotel and facilities perfect for us

A convenient spot for lodging during my Alumni Weekend stay to celebrate at UPenn!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. I think they did the best they could to give me a "quiet room" by having me on a higher floor and away from the elevator. The hotel is located on Broad Street which is convenient but also very busy and noisy, and there were lots of events happening in and around the hotel, so it was good to have requested a quiet room.

Cons:

I did not park at the hotel, but watching other guests coming and going who did have to park there and load/unload it seemed like it needed better logistics out in front to accommodate that while also having a spot for taxi/rideshare services to pick up and drop off guests.

Uncomfortable and challenging !

They were understaffed, no clear directions on how anything worked, some staff were seen laughing and talking at the front desk while the phone rang incessantly , stained mattress with mo mattress cover (I had to ask for one as o was running down my complaints to the manager), pillowcase was stained and the zipper cover was broken, I had to call and ask when housekeeping would come by to clean my room and I was told I have to schedule a time or they don’t come ! Wth ??? The tv picture tube looked like it was going out because every channel had a purple tint. My stay was uncomfortable and challenging to say the least. This was my first time staying there and most likely my last! Customer service was subpar.
