Pros:

Cama muito confortável e quarto espaçoso.
A funcionária do cafe da manhã é muito simpática e prestativa.
Tem uma lojinha que vende alguns itens para comer e beber.

Cons:

O quarto não foi arrumado.
O rooftop faz festa que para pessoas não hospedadas,

Pros:

Joshua the front guy at the reception was very helpful and kind, we had a terrible experience at the airports and he made us feel better with his behaviour. The hotel is in the center of everything. Spacious rooms and good neighbourhood.

Pros:

The facility is lovely and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was surreal and the location is perfect. The service was great and we got extra towels. The shower pressure is amazing after a long duration of travel. Walking the city of Philly and then getting in that shower washes all the fatigue away. The level of security is also a plus.

Cons:

The AC turned off by itself one of the nights we stayed there. Other than that, no major complaints.

La stanza era molto grande con frigo-bar e microonde; bello e spazioso il bagno. Bella anche la palestra. Posizione centrale vicino alla City Hall

Spacious and comfortable, but a few drawbacks
Pros:

Our rooms were very spacious, with each two queen-size beds and plenty of room to move around.

The bathroom was also a very good size, with a large walk-in shower.

The beds were on the soft side, the pillows were a good height, and everything felt clean.

We also really appreciated being able to check in at around 3 p.m., ahead of the official 4 p.m. check-in time.


There is a small shop near reception selling drinks, snacks and a few things to eat, as well as a water dispenser and a microwave for guests, which is very practical.

Cons:

The hotel feels a little dated in places, and our room felt slightly humid and not particularly fresh.

There was also a noticeable cannabis smell lingering in the room, presumably from previous guests. Obviously this is not something the hotel can entirely control, but as the windows cannot be opened, it was difficult to air the room.

The soundproofing could also perhaps be better. We didn't generally hear everything from the neighbouring room, but we did become involuntary witnesses to one rather private – and surprisingly lengthy – moment! Obviously not the hotel's fault, but I was very relieved that we had not given this particular room to our children.
