The location was great, allowing us to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.
Housekeeping. We asked for towels and told by the maid in the hallway that she didn’t have any left. Another day they came into the room and removed one towel and face cloth, left the other used ones. We asked at the desk on our way out for the others to be changed. Not done when we returned in the afternoon, so we called the front desk, over an hour later still no towels. Finally went down to the front desk and got them.
The bed is the comfiest ever! Big room. Nice bathroom with bluetooth mirror for music.
4th floor, room overlooking a parking lot and a bit noisy.
Sehr geräumig mit guter Ausstattung.
Booked for other guests/ family members. They really liked it.

The staff was very friendly. It appeared to be generally clean.
The front entrance is shared with a night club and it smelled like marijuana. Also watching people get wanted for weapons in the way into your hotel is very unnerving. The sheets kept falling off the bed and that’s when I saw blood splatter on the mattress. There was a lot of upkeep that needed to be done, including seeing door knobs ripped off some hotel rooms and locks. The buffet was $40 a person which is very expensive especially for all the other issues with the hotel. It also offered valet parking for over $70 a night when you could park next-door for $40 a night. again for the price there wasn’t a lot to offer. The location while very close to convention center and walkable to the liberty Bell was right in the middle of a large homeless population.
