Amazing solo stay in Center City - highly recommend
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and super helpful. I was a solo traveller and didn't feel at all uncomfortable for my whole stay.

Cons:

Nothing at all to dislike! My only recommendation would be to stock up on the English breakfast tea in the rooms when the British are staying!!!

I’d give the hotel a second chance, but I’m not likely to recommend it to friends.
Pros:

Nice location, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Only one elevator (out of 3) was operational, so it took a long time to get in and out of the rooms. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty when I arrived. Although I told the front desk and a maid about this, it was still empty the next day—and the room had never been made up between the days. I also reported that there were no coffee cups next to the coffee machine in my room and that issue wasn’t addressed either, not by the front desk, not by the maid.

Decent place to stay if all your looking for is a place to sleep beyond that I would not recommend.
Pros:

This hotel was in a decent location and near one of the main subway/metro stations. But other than that there was nothing outstanding or amazing about it.

Cons:

The hotel has 3 public elevators and 1 for staff, 3 of the 4 were down the entire week I was there. When inquiring about repairs we were just repeatedly told, "its a process" and "sorry." It was difficult to get up to the room or down to the lobby and leave. Housekeeping wasn't able to keep up either since moving the carts between floors was difficult with everyone sharing 1 elevator. On day 6 they finally posted a notice.

Tolles, modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber und man kann ein umfangreiches Frühstück dazu buchen

Great value but not great facilities or food.location great.

Location. Comfortable beds. Great value for money.large rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. Greasy / expensive at $24 and not much variety. Quality not good. Facilities in room- no soap. No mugs for coffee. Replenishments not made by housekeeping. My tv was on wall at odds with bed.banging doors. Lifts not working (3 lifts - only 1 working) aircon difficult to work . Wouldn’t stay again. Only if on a budget. And wouldn’t opt for breakfast.

Rooms were, clean, location was great.

Cons:

Whilst on check in the receptionist was very friendly, she told us nothing about the amenities, like the gym , the rooftop bar or the complimentary tea and coffee. Didn’t really like that the reception was on the 1st floor rather than the ground floor, when you arrive it’s confusing were to go.
Also only 1 lift working during our stay which was very difficult when the general public were also using the one lift to get to the roof top bar. No priority is given to hotel guests for life access.

Great location and that's it.
Pros:

Great location in center city Philadelphia. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a good job.

Cons:

The put me on the 15th floor (top floor) and there was only 1 working elevator. Since there was only 1 it took about 15 minutes to get up and down. Also, on 3 occasions I would get all the way to the top floor and my key didn't work so I would need to turn arount and start the whole ordeal again. The 3rd time I FINALLY had a manager tell me "Oh you're not supposed to put the key next to your phone." That would have been nice to know earlier! Also, being on the top floor I could hear all the noise from the rooftop bar.

Určitě doporučuji, velký pokoj pro 4 členou rodinu, čisté, pěkné.
Pros:

Lokalita v centru města, pokoj byl veliký, hezká koupelna, pohodlné postele. Pokoj měl okno do dvora, což nám nevadilo, protože jsme zůstali jen jednu noc. Snídaně zahrnovala cca 2 vejce, toast, a nápoj, ale na americké poměry dobré.
