Très bien, Hotel pratique et confort.
Pros:

Hôtel dans le centre de Philadelphie à deux pas du City Hall et du Reading Market. Chambre excellente, belle vue sur la ville et literie de qualité ! Quartier animé avec pas mal de restaurant pas très loin je recommande !

Cons:

La personne qui nous a accueillit pour le Checking- in était pas très très agréable.

Pros:

Everything was great. I particularly enjoyed the gym. Didn't try the breakfast nor visit the rooftop bar though.

Cons:

My key stopped working in the elevator and had to be rekeyed at the front desk.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

Staff stole all our holiday money, credit and debit cards from the in room safe. Extremely poor response from the staff when made aware. Manager was going to meet us at the front desk after we confirmed a time. Manager had left for the day when we arrived at the desk, leaving one member of staff to look after all duties. Absolutely no help whatsoever from any staff over the phone or on the front desk. No reassurance that cctv is being reviewed, key card access being tracked etc. We had to contact the police ourselves, the staff did not prompt us to engage in this process. I’ve honestly never encountered staff who wanted to help less than the staff at this hotel. Absolutely ruined what was meant to be the holiday of a lifetime. Service of this level is embarrassing, completely self centred and self preserving, not one minute piece of kindness, empathy or understanding was shown. City of brotherly love, I think not.

Perfect location, comfy room
Pros:

One of the nicest rooms I have ever been in. The bed was comfy and the bedding seemed new. Bathroom was clean and had a bluetooth speaker mirror.

Cons:

I dont know if I missed it but they ask for a $150 security deposit upon checking in. I got refunded but kinda of a sour note when arriving.
