酒店离华尔街，世贸大厦很近。地铁交通非常方便。员工服务好。
房间的层高低了些，感觉房间有点压抑。隔音不太好。
The area is good for travellers, it is easy to access the subway station. Very close to WTC and Wall Street
The last room was on the low-rise level, and it was very noisy when other guests used the ice maker. The room smelled a bit stinky, and I couldn't find where it came from. Importantly, the bathroom sliding door is terrible. When I closed it and locked it, I couldn't open it, so I just let me freind to help me open it together using more power. I also tore a nail while opening the sliding door.
Overall, the service is good, but the room experience is so terrible. I don't know if it is impacted by the long weekend.

met my expectations once I settled in
My room was 78 degrees when I returned from dinner. It was late, and I had been traveling and sightseeing all day. The condenser was broken on the room air conditioner. They said they were sold out and didn't have another room available, and asked if I could wait 30-45 min. in the lobby while the condenser was fixed. It was 10pm, and I was exhausted and did not want to wait. Miraculously they found an available room.

size of room. no place to put your clothes except for the closet.
La ubicación no se la mejor, 20 minutos estuvimos en el piso 23 esperando que llegara el ascensor y nunca subio tuvimos que bajar por las escaleras de emergencia asi fue los 4 dias que estuvimos... supuestamente estaba en mantenimiento...
La ubicación no me gusto, ni el barri donde se encuentra no vale lo que pagamos, las instalaciones necesitan manteniemiento el ascensor no funciono por el tiempo que estuvimos teniamos que bajar por las escaleras de emergencia
