Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Villa Toscana. I ordered the traditional Guatemalan breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for a solo traveler. I especially enjoyed spending time in the garden area, which was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay at Hostal Villa Toscana again.

Close to the airport for early flight.
Pros:

A perfect location for an early morning flight. Friendly service and prompt shuttle. Even had a packed breakfast for me because I left too early for the breakfast. Thanks.

Great place close to the airport
Pros:

When we arrived the front desk was very busy but the man at the desk was very nice and let us know he would be with us shortly. The rooms were great, very comfortable beds, quite and clean. The shuttle from the airport is great, the hotel is a short drive from the airport. Breakfast was quick and very good. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very close to the airport and the janitor was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Very basic bathroom with small amount of soap/shower gel. The door to the bathroom was also infested with ants.

The bed was really comfortable. The building was older but everything worked. The outdoor restaurant was great.

Cons:

A bit of an old building smell affected my allergies. No air conditioning. Inside a makeshift gated area.

Fui muito bem recebida no hostal, com muita simpatia e cortesia. O quarto era muito bom, amplo, limpo, com uma cama bastante confortável e uma varanda com uma vista maravilhosa para os vulcões Agua e Fuego.

It was a great place to layover.
Pros:

It was less than a 10-minute walk to the airport which was great. I had an 0600 departure and felt very safe. The hotel is in a gated area. Once past the gate, it is about a block to the airport. There was also a fan in the room, and I was able to buy beverages from the front desk. They also gave me a yoghurt, drink and cookies in a bag to take with me at 0415 since I was not there for breakfast.

Cons:

There is no on-site food for an evening meal and there does not seem to be much around but they hotel has an order-in menu or you can do Uber Eats. I chose to eat at the airport when I went to check in the night before my flight.

Good layover hotel near airport.
Pros:

We only stayed here for a few hours to catch a quick nap between flights. It is close to the airport which worked well for this purpose.
