每一位員工無論是入住前的來電確認/辦理入住手續櫃檯人員/早晚餐的服務人員都提供完美的服務態度和專業品質。
這次安排的二樓四人房非常棒，房內環境及用品乾淨程度保持很好，浴池大小剛好。對味道敏感的我竟然不會聞到一般山中旅館的霉味。
我和父親最滿意的落地窗陽台提供超完美的山林中住宿體驗。
家父家母一致好評並說每年都想回來住宿。

Cons:

唯一有點疑問是我習慣早上出門前再沖個澡，不知是否鍋爐水不足，熱水出水量不太穩。

Hôtel superbe avec des sources chaudes .
Pros:

Nous étions dans le bâtiment moderne.J'avais une chambre supérieure avec des bains de sources chaudes dans la salle de bain. C'est top. Un balcon avec vue sur la rivière. très calme.
L'endroit est très agréable. et très original ( accès par un petit pont).
le personnel est vraiment très gentil et disponible.je recommande et en plus avec la possibilité de diner sur place.
