Very nice staff and very food breakfast.

Nevresim, yorgan ve havlular temiz değildi. Belki defalarca kullanılmış. Sanırım bir aydan önce değiştirmemek otel politikası. Havluların değiştirilmesini istedik, yenileri de pisti. Kahvaltısı da hayli zayıftı. Kahvaltı mekanı da soğuktu. Basit bir ısıtıcı koymak çok zor olmamalı.

The building is older w creaky hardwood floors and walls between rooms don’t isolate sound.
Breakfast area needs better heating, it’s very cold in the morning. A little far from teleférico.

This hotel is so beautiful and peaceful! I had a very big room with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfy, I appreciated the little heater in the room (It was -2 degrees at night in La Paz!), the hotel helped me with a taxi to the airport which was a bit hard due to the ongoing national protests, but still the staff did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible, they exceeded! The hotel is in Sopocachi, a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants (also a good vegan restaurant nearby). Breakfast was good, not a standard boring hotel breakfast but actually one made with love and good options.
If I had to name one downside, I like sleeping in darkness but there's a bright streetlight outside the hotel. It would have been nice to have slightly thicker curtains to block the light. But other than that, I don’t have a single complaint.
