La casa tiene un encanto especial. Las (varias) personas que nos atendieron en distintos momentos en recepción fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo. Agradecimos mucho el té caliente cuando llegamos de madrugada con el frío de La Paz :)
L'atenció del personal.
El soroll del carrer fa molt difícil poder dormir. Les finestres de les habitacions són molt velles i el carrer és bastant transitat. Tampoc hi havia cortina que tapara la llum d'una farola. Tota la nit sense dormir.

Staff are extremely kind and helpful and speak english fluently (in the reception). Location is also great for the area, although I personally preferred staying in southern La Paz. Room was very large, but unheated and therefore a bit cold. Blankets were thick and had plenty extras, as well as an electric heater. Water pressure and temperature also worked well.
Given the colonial age/stlye, everything is a little dated. But for the price, the size, comfort, and helpfulness of the staff, very well worth it nonetheless.
Tutto perfetto, camera bellissima ottima colazione a staff sempre disponibile per aiutarci con l’organizzazione del viaggio. Ci hanno anche concesso di avere un early check in dopo un lungo viaggio in night bus da Uyuni. Davvero gentili!

El hotel es bonito con jardín.
Habitaciones muy antiguas. La calefacción en la habitación era una estufa pequeña y la habitación muy grande. La ducha se inundaba. Ha habido un corte del agua y nadie nos aviso y no hemos podido ducharnos. Hemos olvidado unas chanclas, hemos mandado mensaje y no dijeron que iban a buscar, nunca han contestado...inaceptable...desayuno escaso.
A charming, little house located in a residential neighbourhood close enough to the major sites in the city center. The breakfast was very good and served in a cute dining room. The hotel staff were incredibly nice. On my arrival day, my flight was delayed due to snow. Juan made sure that I was doing ok by texts and offered me a free breakfast when I finally arrived.
Like many other historic buildings, it’s not very sound-proof. One could hear the traffic outside and the guests next to you.
