Guest Reviews
Love the location close to the yellow line teleferico. This allows you to travel the cable cars in a loop if you which to do so. There is also a large supermarket a 10 min walk away. The hotel can also organise for a transfers to pick up if you arrive in the early hours of the morning or get you a fixed price taxi as uber doesn’t work very well in La Paz. On rainy days you can borrow an umbrella. The staff are extremely helpful and even gave us free breakfast on the day we arrived since it was so early and allowed us to wait and sleep in the shared guest lounge. They prioritised the cleaning of our (large) room and let us check in early as soon as it was ready.
There were some paint peeling of the walls in the bedroom so some maintenance would be good and the cleanliness wasn’t the best but that could be due to their rush to give us our room as we were tired arriving at the hotel at 5:30am.
El sitio muy agradable. Un jardín dentro de la cuidad. Habitación muy espacioso. Ducha muy cómoda. Desayuno correcto. Gente muy agradable y dispuesto de ayudar.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben zu Beginn nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt & dies war ohne Probleme möglich. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen & würden es selbst wieder buchen.
Kleiner Tipp: Wir empfehlen auch ganz sehr das Restaurant El Tomate direkt gegenüber!

Camera spaziosa e un bel giardinetto dove poter fare colazione o prendere il sole. Acqua calda per tè o mate sempre disponibile. Colazione molto buona con uova preparate sul momento. Staff disponibile.
La finestra della camera dà sulla strada quindi è un po' rumorosa e entra un po' di smog.
La habitación es amplia, cerca a la recepción. Un ambiente hogareño.
No me gustó que no haya teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción. Tuve que salir a gestionar mi taxi al aeropuerto y a consultar cómo se sacaba el agua caliente de la ducha. Tuve problemas para entrar a la habitación 1 con la llave, tuve que pedir ayuda para ingresar a la habitación.

Amazing hotel, so welcoming and comfortable, very nicely decorated, breakfast was really good too. the staff are always available to help and make you feel at home. i would definitely recommend it!

El hotel es muy limpio y la atención es excelente, dan buenas recomendaciones y son muy amables
L'emplacement dans un quartier beaucoup plus calme que le centre ville mais avec tout ce qu'il fait à proximité (restaurant, supermarché, téléphérique)
Nous avons séjourné dans 5 chambres différentes. Certaines sont très bien d'autres beaucoup moins (sombres et humides)

O hotel é realmente muito charmoso, a equipe atenciosa, com destaque especial para Edith no restaurante à noite, que mesmo na hora fechamento nos atendeu com muita simpatia e Maria no café da manhã que também fui muito solícita. O quarto muito limpo, espaçoso e com cama confortável.
A acústica do quarto em relação ao barulho da rua não é das melhores, deixando o quarto ruidoso até a diminuição do trânsito à noite e com o barulho do trânsito já nas primeiras horas.
Também achei muito estranho a forma de cobrança, na qual temos que digitar os dados do nosso cartão em um dispositivo do hotel, ao invés da simples leitura do cartão como em todos estabelecimentos.
Tiene una ubicación céntrica, relativamente cerca de las agencias de turismo.
La actitud del encargado (hombre). Pareciera que no quiere trabajar ahí, un poco déspota y poco (o nada) amable.
Las demás encargadas (mujeres), todo bien!
