Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the street completely. No windows to get fresh air in. Small rooms (but understandably)

Communication with the management was not smooth at all. After many messages, they still did not provide me with the correct address. They even asked for my WhatsApp number to communicate, instead of simply using the Booking chat like most properties do. It felt like they manage too many properties and are not organized properly.

When I asked for a wine opener, I was told to buy one at the store myself. The same happened when I asked for two wine glasses. There was also no hairdryer in the room; after requesting one, they said they would bring it the next day.

This is not really an apartment, but a very small room with barely any space — not even enough room for a chair. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is tiny.

The room was poorly maintained: the paint on the headboard was peeling, there were cracks in the walls, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The terrace floor was also dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Too expensive for what ít ís! Not worth paying ít!

L' inconvénient est le bruit : en plus du bruit des bars qui sont juste en dessous, il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel lors de mon séjour. Et Aucun accueil, aucune réception,, juste une boîte à clés. Ce sera peut être différent quand les travaux seront terminés.

I booked this room for the view, but unfortunately there was a big black cable from a power pole blocking it. I would have been okay with this if it had been visible in the photos, but it wasn’t. Also, the doors were very noisy, so we kept waking up every time a neighbor came in or went out.

The standard rooms are just allright for single travellers but when you travel as a couple and are older than 20: think twice. With so little space you would expect smart room design and furniture, to provide the guests what they need: surface to put things down, e.g. for uploading equipment etc. But no: all rooms are equipped as a cheap youth hostel. Not even proper bed lights. That wouldn't take space, right?
The shower cabin could be equipped with curved glass doors rather than a straight curtain that inevitable sticks to your body, etcetera. But let's end on a high note: the beds are good, and allthough the "2" rooms suffer from the same shortcomings, they still provide value for your money due to the bigger size , the excellent location and the great views.

Hot water system was unpredictable and sometimes didn’t work. No reception on-site, with 2 different people to contact by phone, very difficult to get a taxi on checkout. Some noise from other rooms but okay.

Pas d'accueil juste une boîte à clé.
Travaux aux rez-de-chaussée donc saleté partout .
Salle de bain très petite avec aucun rangements et douche minuscule avec rideaux et pas de bac à douche donc l'eau se répand partout jusque dans la chambre. Pour éponger juste un tapis qui n'est pas changé tous les jours puisque le ménage est fait un jour sur deux.
Pas de lampe de chevet pour lire.
