Pros:

Everything is perfect! The ceiling room is amazing, and I could see an amazing Aurora from my bed! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The activities are also very nice.

The resort is worth the stay. A good balance between family-oriented and a couple's retreat.
Pros:

The glass igloo was very unique. We booked the larger version and the overall space was very comfortable. The decoration was unique, the amenities great, the glass ceiling offered exactly what we wanted - a clear view of the night sky. The resort is well equipped with restaurants, the fireplaces were going, the staff was very polite and very helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and the buffet was well organized. Dinner at the Steakhouse exceeded our expectations for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

The activities offered by the resort were a bit on the overpriced end. Sauna for 2.5 hours for more than 100Euros per person. Also, dinner at the other restaurant was overpriced.

Leider hatte man nur begrenzt warmes Wasser (ca.25-30 min) danach müsste man 2 Std warten, was man im Vorfeld wissen muss, wenn man mit mehreren Personen im Zimmer ist.

Wunderschönes Resort in Lappland
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, abgelegene ruhige Lage an einem See, leckeres Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett mit live cooking station, schöne Aussicht, es werden viele Aktivitäten angeboten. Sehr schönes Resort, ein Shuttle zur Stadt wäre verfügbar.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr eng und die Dusche etwas unpraktisch.

Pros:

Breakfast was superb. Larry provided the best service and was the friendliest and welcoming host!
Reception staff was welcoming, kudos to Otravio (?) who is helpful and informative.

Cons:

Light pollution from the restaurant and chalets that diminish the aurora viewing.

Perfect place for a quiet escape
Pros:

Wide selection at the buffet breakfast, location and room were great. The igloo cabin was a fun experience where you can watch the northern lights. Staff were amazing.

Cons:

The activities were a bit expensive, such as the sauna. Spending time at the resort was peaceful, but there aren't many non-paid activities you could do.
