Avoid.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Location excellent.

Cons:

One of the 2 rooms we booked was just about passable the other should never have been given to guests, it was filthy. We had only booked for 1 night thankfully and cleaned it ourselves, although couldn't use the shower at all. Mattresses needed throwing out, you could feel the bed frame through them in both rooms. Window cleaner desperately needed to remove build up of pigeon feaces!!!

Excellent value/great location
Pros:

Great value for money, comfortable room and good location close to the railway station and on the seafront, free overnight parking a 10 min walk away, staff were excellent, well done and thank you

Pros:

Good location and well priced dog friendly rooms.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade. Shower doors broken. Only one bedside table. Drawers difficult to open. Locking system on doors needs to be replaced and updated.

Good location

Cons:

Reception when I checked in. He was unfriendly and didn’t apologise for keeping me waiting. He was dealing with clients but could have easily asked me politely to wait, maybe even sit down as I am elderly and use a walking stick.

A lovely B&B ideally situated in Weymouth with friendly helpful staff and parking available nearby at the train stat
Pros:

Everyone who worked there was very friendly and the location was perfect

Cons:

Would of been nice to have the bed made each day and the towels changed daily
