Imposible el acceso a personas con movilidad reducida y muy díficil para adultos mayores, la única escalera dificulta el cargue del equipaje hacia las habitaciones.

La ubicación, es muy cerca a villa de Leyva, el cerca a raquira, la atención y la limpieza de la habitación, el televisor tiene Roku y me parece genial que en el primer piso tengan vários restaurantes.

Cons:

Uno de los vecinos del hotel tiene tres perros y en las noches ladran mucho, pero entiendo que es algo que no pueden controlar los administradores del hotel

Pros:

La zona social bien atendidos y rico el desayuno. El apartamento con habitaciones cómodas y confortables.

Cons:

No deberían ofrecer sofacama si no es confortable como tampoco está bien ubicado porque está en la sala donde hay mucho ruido y mucha luz, crea cierto malestar porque a dos personas les toca incomodarse, difícil decidir quién duerme ahí cuando todo el grupo merece el mismo confort.

El desayuno muy delicioso. El lugar es muy bonito, la ubicacion es muy buena y lo mejor de todo es que me aceptaron con mis perritas. Todo el personal muy amable.
