I literally have no complaints! From the moment you walk through the front doors, every aspect of this hotel experience is exceptional. From the valet staff to the night auditor, everyone was amazing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
The interior and exterior of the hotel were extremely clean and absolutely beautiful—and honestly, that's an understatement. The front desk associates and manager were outstanding, and the night auditor was especially helpful and welcoming.
One thing that stood out was the incredible aroma throughout the hotel—it smelled amazing everywhere you went. This is truly a top-tier property and, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
The restaurant staff, bartenders, front desk team, night auditor, pool crew, and valet staff all went above and beyond my expectations. Their exceptional service made my birthday getaway unforgettable.

I was given incorrect information about my room. The pool was dirty and a far cry from the online photos. A towel in my room was dirty. The lobby smelled bad, there was trash on the floors.

К сожалению я элементарно "купился" на рейтинг и отзывы данного отеля. До сих пор абсолютно не понимаю кто, как и почему присвоил этому заведению "4 звезды". По моему мнению, он не достоин и одной полноценной звезды.
По существу :
1). Несмотря на 100% предоплату, при заселении повторно списали всю сумму. Причём не залог, как это обычно бывает в других отелях, а полностью оплату за двое суток. Это сознательная политика отеля ( смотрите и читайте предыдущие отзывы ). Сейчас идут разбирательства по этому поводу с привлечением платформы Booking.com ( фото письма прилагается), но двойную оплату никто не отменил и деньги не вернули.
2). В номере за пятьсот долларов в сутки нет даже маленькой бутылочки питьевой воды. Бесплатно. Жажду Вы сможете удалить только за $8. И это отель с таким высоким рейтингом ?!
3). Полная профессиональная негодность персонала. Я общался с тремя сотрудниками, включая генерального менеджера и менеджера по имени Akeem. Высокомерие, абсолютная некомпетентность, хамская манера общения - это то, чем они в совершенстве владеют. Цель только одна - деньги любой ценой с клиента!!!
3). Много скрытых налогов, хотя при оплате указывается, что оплата произведена с учётом всех налогов и сборов. Учитывайте этот момент при своих предполагаемых расходах! Я приложил фото инвойса.
4). В номере нет никакого холодильника. Даже мини холодильника, привычного для практически всех отелей мира.
5). За последние 12 лет я посетил Южную Корею 88 раз ( от Сеула до городов на острове Чеджу), в Японии был 10 раз (от Токио до острова Окинава) Мне есть с чем и с кем сравнивать. Поэтому я считаю свой отзыв объективным.
При желании я могу перечислить ещё несколько моментов, абсолютно не соответствующих ни рейтингу, ни, тем более, стоимости проживания данного "отеля", но главное ясно : не повторяйте мою ошибку. Обходите стороной этот "отель Laura "четыре звезды" !!!

I had to cancel my trip to Houston because my son was in a serious accident and was hospitalized. Despite explaining the situation, the manager told me that “no goodwill would be applied” and charged the full cancellation penalty, including taxes. He then offered a complimentary breakfast voucher for a future stay, which felt completely tone-deaf given the circumstances.
I understand that policies exist, but so should compassion and discretion. The lack of flexibility during a genuine family emergency was deeply disappointing. To make matters worse, the AI phone system made it unnecessarily difficult to reach a person when I needed help most.
Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here.

Paul and Amr were the best valets ever! Very professional and pleasurable to talk to both of them!
The property was beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very nice. And for the most part clean.
The front desk phone never gets answered. Room service is basically nonexistent. I called 6 times and no one ever answered. My tv in my room kept shutting off and when I complained the man at the front told me that happens a lot and offered me 13 dollars off of my room service, how ironic.
Nadir was absolutely AMAZING!!! He helped me load stuff when that was NOT part of his job at all. He’s is a very kind human being and made my experience so much easier and pleasant. We need more kind people in this world like Nadir! Thank you again my friend!
Just wow! The property was beautiful, my room was clean and very luxurious, the tub was a show stopper none the less. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. S/O to the pleasant staff as well
I didn’t like that the only place to get ice was the bar and restaurant & no microwave in the room
Very clean, great location
It's a very expensive place. One of the things that interested me however, is that there are supposedly two on-site restaurants. That's not actually the case. There's no sit down restaurant, or at least it wasn't open the days I was there. You can only place bar food orders at the bar, and it took over an hour for a quesadilla and soft pretzel. On a Thursday evening.
Also, the elevator was broken.
Finally, there's this strange set of doors in the room, which, when opened, completely reveal the shower. I mean everything is wide open.
So if you had kids there or friends, it could be really awkward. For the money, I've been to much nicer places that really accommodate guests properly.
