The room and bathroom were clean and had plenty of space.
Facilities in the room were complete. There is a water/tea/coffee station outside the room.
The bed and pillow were very comfortable.

Room interior was modern but still warm due to the wooden furniture. The room faced the pool, but there was sufficient vegetation outside, and there were curtains in the room for privacy.
Reception and restaurant staff were helpful with my daily requests.
Restaurant/Breakfast dining area was located on the 2nd floor accessible only by stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with leg injuries like me, but room service is still available for breakfast.
Suggestion: Since this room had a platformed (bed area and bathroom) and non platformed section (desk area), refer to attached photo, maybe you can place a clearer marking/indicator on the floor between the 2 different level

The hotel is beautifully designed, especially the pool with plants around. The breakfasts were great! We really got used to eating checking soup for breakfast.
