Súper decepcionada con el hotel

Las toallas Parisian muy viejas con Agujeros y desgarradas (horribles). Era súper deprimente
Pedí cena pues llegué en un vuelo muy tarde y fue asqueroso. Ensalada y el pollo parecía de plástico.
Al día siguiente antes de irme decidí desayunar 😬 pedí hot cakes y fruta, me llevaron literalmente los hot cakes fríos, no siquiera los calentaron obviamente les dije y aunque se disculparon pues ya era fatal la experiencia

Hotel que cumple pero puede mejorar.
Pros:

El hotel cumple con lo necesario. Se mantiene limpio aunque ya se encuentra un poco deteriorado. El desayuno es bueno pero nada fuera de lo común. Se ofrece translado gratuito al aeropuerto, solamente hay que programarlo con anticipación porque los lugares son limitados.

Cons:

Una remodelación le vendría bien al hotel. Amenidades como el shampoo, hotel, jabón son muy básicas por lo que podrían mejorar.

Olía a humedad la habitación, por el aire acondicionado. Se rento para 4 personas y solo había 2 toallas y no tenia secadora de pelo. Un contacto eléctrico no funcionaba y no se cargo uno de mis dispositivos.

En el mismo hotel me han dado mejores habitaciones que ésta última

La recepcionista a mi salida se portó muy amable

El recepcionista a mi llegada no se portó amable, el baño se estancada el agua en la regadera y la cama estaba muy dura, diferente a las otra ocasión que me he hospedado
