Loved this hotel because of the great location.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and great location. Exceptional concierge services.

Cons:

I had a couple of issues ( broken safe, wrong room allocated) but issues were fixed promptly and with a smile.

Infinity Rooftop Lounge is just amazing. I absolutely loved the cozy, calm ambiance and atmosphere. The service we received from Rachana made the experience even more lovely, she was so warm, attentive, & amazing that I couldn’t leave without writing a review :)

Amazing vacation
Pros:

Excellent and very professional Iskander with me and my familly, im a probian judge and came on honeymoon with my son and his wife and we had the best attention from iskander and we will come back again for vacation, the way we were treated by iskander was absolutly wonderful, he is kind and he is embassador of your hotel, very nice hotel.
