Pros:

Helpful, English-speaking staff, comfortable beds, clean apartment with great facilities. Loved being able to make our own breakfast in the room each morning before venturing out to explore. Only thing that would have made life a little easier would have been closer proximity to station.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, przy stacji Ueno z dogodnym dojazdem do wszystkich atrakcji miasta, z wieloma lokalami w okolicy, a przy tym spokojniejsza niż centralne dzielnice Tokio. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Bardzo wygodna pralnia.

Good Family Location
Pros:

Close enough to Ueno Station and park to make each day different depending on your mood. If you needed late night food, last minute plans, or just wanted to explore in different directions each day, this place has you covered. Extra points for the giant ramp in front of the hotel if you like hill sprints. If you are travelling with toddlers, there are nice play parks including a grocery store and diapers within a 10 min walk. Also far enough from Ueno station if you are on late night hours you can avoid the adult nightlife if needed. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful locating and arranging the return of a lost item on the Shinkansen line.

Cons:

Vending machine selection was small...but then again, Familymart and more vending machines are right outside, so is this really a negative?

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to everything. Friendly, helpful staff.

Équipements pas au top au niveau laverie.
Beaucoup de bruit aux environs.
Chambre mal insonorisée.
J'ai beaucoup moins apprécié mon séjour ici par rapport a d'autres mimaru qui était assez exceptionnel.

Pros:

excellent location to public transport JR and Subway. Short walk to cafe, restaurants and shopping. Staff excellent very accommodating.Washing facilities onsite which made for convenient use of down time.
