Truly disappointing stay. Dirty and just overall uncomfortable.
Pros:

The room was much larger than most other Japanese hotels in Tokyo. Had larger fridge and a small kitchenette. Good for families with little children.

Cons:

Dirty. Poor AC control. Moldy and horrendous air quality in the room. Loud.

Spacious for families, but not the ideal location or experience
Pros:

Spacious room, bunk bed the kids loved, well-stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly, even if they weren’t actually very helpful for local tips.

Cons:

Long walk to the train station and most restaurants - 10 minutes each way added a lot of extra walking to our day. No view from the window (clouded glass, facing a wall) made the room feel subterranean.

Great area to stay in! Close to everything via train
Pros:

Wonderful to stay with family of 6!

Cons:

The A/C unit in the room did not get cold enough for me; however that is probably a personal preference as my family sleeps very hot and enjoy a really cold bedroom.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

Spacious room, clean, fully equipped. Staff was very kind and kids friendly atmosphere. Perfect for a stay outside of the most crowded areas and close to nature. Kids enjoyed
