We landed from the UK at 7am and had made a prior arrangement to drop our bags as we would be there way before check in time. However they had our room ready as we arrived (9am ish!) which was a lovely surprise. We had a family room for 4 - large double bed and bunks. A small table area, kitchen and large bath/shower area. All toiletries provided. Large fridge freezer, kettle, hob etc etc. very well appointed and spacious. WiFi was excellent and we used the laundry which was only 400 yen including detergent.
Overall the place was clean, cool and close by to all you need to explore Tokyo.
Nothing- in fact we liked it so much we booked to stay there again.

因爲櫃檯有電鍋和許多東西可以借用，我們還買了和牛回來煮，留下了許多美好的回憶，最棒的是房間的隔音超好，窗外可以看見鉄道，房間內聽不到火車的聲音喔！

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la gare de Ueno.
Le personnel est très aimable, serviable et réactif.
L'équipement des chambres est adéquat.
Ceci était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et depuis notre dernière visite il y a deux ans l'hôtel a bien vieilli et n'est pas entretenu comme il le devrait. Les moquettes dans les couloirs et les chambres étaient tachées un peu partout. Il y avait des accumulations de poussière sur les murs de la chambre et autour de la climatisation. Certains joints de la salle de bain étaient piqués de traces de moisissures noires.
L'insonorisation avec les chambres du dessus nous a également déçus, nous avons souvent été dérangés par d'autres voyageurs peu respectueux. Le personnel nous a gentiment proposé de changer de chambre mais comme il était tard nous avons décliné.

Stayed with my family during early July. Fab room, spacious - I’m assuming by Tokyo standards. Staff at the desk were helpful and lovely. They helped talk us through the luggage transfer when needed. 10 minute walk to Ueno station. Amazing coffee shop next door. Lawson and Family Mart on the same street, with Lawson only 1 minute walk. Very, very convenient for our family and plans. Only issue was, being a light sleeper, could be noisy at night. Didn't impact our stay and our children lovely the bunk beds
Nice staff and room size was decent, close to train station with lots of food options. Great coffee just outside the hotel.

Wir waren bei 4 Unterkünften, die hier war die schlechteste, keine Hausschuhe, Zahnbürste oder sonstiges nach Anfrage wurde erst zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit Teppich, ganze Teppich stinkt nach Muffel, gut das die Klima Anlage funktioniert hat somit hat es nicht dermaßen schlecht gerochen. Service Kraft ich weiß gar nicht ob sie großartig etwas gemacht hat und hat es absolut nicht gefallen. Nebenan ist ein Kind die ganze Zeit gelaufen. Meine Kinder waren von soviel laufen in Tokio platt die Anscheind haben die ganze Zeit in Unterkunft verbracht. Jemand hatte vor unsere Anreise mich über dieses Hotel kontaktiert in den Sinne Kreditkarte Betrug, sogar die Sachen wurden dort nicht bereinigt als wir ankam stand anstatt mein Name, ihr Buchung wird storniert sowas unprofessionelles habe ich noch nie gesehen. Tut mir leid aber geht gar nicht
