Great stay in Ueno
Pros:

Stayed with my family during early July. Fab room, spacious - I’m assuming by Tokyo standards. Staff at the desk were helpful and lovely. They helped talk us through the luggage transfer when needed. 10 minute walk to Ueno station. Amazing coffee shop next door. Lawson and Family Mart on the same street, with Lawson only 1 minute walk. Very, very convenient for our family and plans. Only issue was, being a light sleeper, could be noisy at night. Didn't impact our stay and our children lovely the bunk beds

Nice apartment but noisy
Pros:

Nice staff and room size was decent, close to train station with lots of food options. Great coffee just outside the hotel.

Schlechter Unterkunft
Pros:

Nichts naja genug Bett im Raum etwas positives zu schreiben.

Cons:

Wir waren bei 4 Unterkünften, die hier war die schlechteste, keine Hausschuhe, Zahnbürste oder sonstiges nach Anfrage wurde erst zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit Teppich, ganze Teppich stinkt nach Muffel, gut das die Klima Anlage funktioniert hat somit hat es nicht dermaßen schlecht gerochen. Service Kraft ich weiß gar nicht ob sie großartig etwas gemacht hat und hat es absolut nicht gefallen. Nebenan ist ein Kind die ganze Zeit gelaufen. Meine Kinder waren von soviel laufen in Tokio platt die Anscheind haben die ganze Zeit in Unterkunft verbracht. Jemand hatte vor unsere Anreise mich über dieses Hotel kontaktiert in den Sinne Kreditkarte Betrug, sogar die Sachen wurden dort nicht bereinigt als wir ankam stand anstatt mein Name, ihr Buchung wird storniert sowas unprofessionelles habe ich noch nie gesehen. Tut mir leid aber geht gar nicht

It was fine for a one night stay

Location was near train station but not much else nearby - but I have to say Ueno park is stunning and close by!

從上野車站入谷口出口走路大約5分鐘，房間空間很大，飯店的服務人員很親切，退房之後還可以幫忙寄放行李，1樓有飲水機，飯店也有投幣式的洗衣機，走路大約10分鐘，可以到阿美橫町，就是一個超級熱鬧的商圈，有電器行和藥妝店也有超市。

Pros:

If you want to stay in the Ueno area, this hotel is a fine option. It has access to both the JR lines via the Iriya Exit and the Ginza Line via another station exit, though the walk to the Ginza Line is a bit long.

Cons:

The housekeeping was minimal during our stay. We left the room every morning between 9:00 and 10:00 am for sightseeing, but when we returned, the staff had only changed the towels and emptied the trash. The room was not vacuumed, and the table was never wiped down. Since we usually ate breakfast in our room, the table became greasy and there were crumbs on the carpet that remained throughout our stay. My daughter accidentally left a bandage on the edge of the bathtub on the first day, and it was still there when we checked out four days later. The pillows were extremely soft, and noise from the room above was quite noticeable.

Our first ever stay in Tokyo was made so much easier by the friendly professional staff at Mimaru Ueno North
Pros:

Ideally situated for travel around Tokyo. The property was clean, well maintained and well outfitted, with very friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Tokyo is BIG - Narita airport is 77km away, but there are in-house luggage management and taxi support.
