A great option in Tokyo
Pros:

The family room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the detailed cleaning schedule laid out in the guidebook. The hotel also provided a suitable crib for our 5 month old baby. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we’d love to stay again.

Really great cost effective option
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The location was pretty good, close to the station and kombini

Cons:

The rooms are a little run down and in need of a good clean, we found hair in one of the beds which wasn't ours

Perfectly well appointed apartment close to Ueno station.
Pros:

We landed from the UK at 7am and had made a prior arrangement to drop our bags as we would be there way before check in time. However they had our room ready as we arrived (9am ish!) which was a lovely surprise. We had a family room for 4 - large double bed and bunks. A small table area, kitchen and large bath/shower area. All toiletries provided. Large fridge freezer, kettle, hob etc etc. very well appointed and spacious. WiFi was excellent and we used the laundry which was only 400 yen including detergent.
Overall the place was clean, cool and close by to all you need to explore Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing- in fact we liked it so much we booked to stay there again.
