Pros:

Lovely upgraded room! Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue, owner is lovely & has always greeted me warmly. Clean bathroom, fresh towels & nice tea/coffee making station.

Practical rooms for our needs, always enjoy our stay there. Would recommend to others no problem.

Obviously having some food available would be helpful, but we know what to expect having stayed there many times.

Excellent value, exceedingly clean, central location & car park
Pros:

No breakfast, as advertised. Room was very clean, bathroom was modern, smart & very clean

Wooden writing desk, full size bath everything blah blah blah.

Cons:

Take your own non slip bath mat.
Maybe a grab handle or so in the Bath area.

Good value for money
Pros:

Clean, convenient distance from town centre, competitive pricing, short notice availability, rooms ensuite, plenty of free parking.

Cons:

I only stayed one night. I think it would be fair to say it is currently operating more as a guest house than a hotel, on that basis it was very good. I didn't expect anything other than a clean ensuite room for the night which is exactly what I got.

Unwelcoming and sparse
Pros:

Clean room and in a quiet neighbourhood

Cons:

From first arrival you ring the bell someone comes gives you the keys and that’s it. No explanations about the place, the WiFi code, or anything, just goes behind a locked door . Just felt unwelcoming and easily deserted
