CF Industries - Waggaman Complex
Pros:

My company CF Industries were involved in our very 1st Turnaround at our Waggaman Complex. John Fogu, Kala Smith and their team gave the best customer service in working with me to ensure all of the travelers would have their lodging needs accommodated. The experience was superb, going forward all of my travelers will lodge at Residence Inn New Orleans Elmwood.

Good stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great atmosphere
The room was okay, had an odd incense smell. Bothe the sink and showers drain plug were not working. I reported to staff but it wasn’t till end of the following day late afternoon when maintenance was sent and my husband was sleeping..

The amount of space for the room.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room looked like someone lightly went over it cleaning. There was someone else's hair in our clean towels. There was hair on the floor as well and the shower didnt look to be cleaned at all. The bed sheets in one of the beds had something on it not sure what.

Definitely will stay here again
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The facility is up to date and clean, the staff was nice from the moment we checked in until we checked out. I love the location of the hotel it’s quiet and surrounded by shops and restaurants. This will definitely be the hotel I choose when I come back to New Orleans.

Very nice short stay with a horrible night of sleep.
Pros:

Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly as well.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Felt like sleeping on the sidewalk.

Highly Recommend!
Pros:

Highly recommend the Residence Inn in Elmwood! The hotel, staff and location are everything you need for the foundation of a great vacation! The hotel staff is so kind and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained throughout the whole week. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! We will certainly be staying here again!

Everything was perfect

The location was very nice. The rooms were very big and clean. Most of the staff was extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. except for one lady at the front desk.

Cons:

One of the front desk staff that was extremely mean unapproachable and just was like she did not want to be there.
