Personnel was helpful!! One of the persons at the reception actually walked with us to a nearby restaurant to make sure we'd go into the right one.
Breakfast buffet needs to be slightly larger.
Awesome location, just under 5 mins walk from Kanda Station. There are plenty of izakaya and eateries in the vicinity. Konbini are a plenty too. The room is clean and fresh towel is given everyday. Staff are courteous and can speak some English, enough to complete a transaction. Will definitely stay again.
My only gripe, there is just one elevator servicing the whole building. Gotta wait a little during peak hours. Other than this, nothing much to comment on.
