Pros:

The location is amazing, 3 minutes from Kanda connecting to Ginza, Shibuya and Asakusa. There were plenty places to eat and 7-eleven across the street.
Staff were all fantastic, helpful and pleasant. The rooms and corridors were sparkling clean and beds comfortable. Would be back!

室内の椅子に車輪が付いていたり、ドライヤーのコンセント部に外しやすい工夫があったり、細かなところで気遣いが感じられました。

Cons:

バスルームは狭いです。下肢に障害があるので段差がきつかったところ。

エレベーターが一台だけなので、
混むと時間がかかる

洗面所の給湯場が狭くてとても使いづらい

ハンドルを回して手だけ洗おうとしても
全部回しての多量のお湯しか出ず、
少量では使えない

お湯が跳ねて床が濡れてしまった
