Pros:

Location and size was convenient when arriving and leaving early from LAX

Cons:

Bedroom was clean but bathroom could do with new shower curtain stained at bottom and towels had some makeup stains and probably need to be replaced.

Not bad for a night stay.
Pros:

I like the size and cleaness of the room. The bothroom was also very big. The front desk person very friendly. The hotel was close to a lot of things such as Starbuck Coffee and some Mexican restaurant.

Cons:

The light outside the room was too strong and it could affect your sleep.

The blankets felt tingly/itchy and staff unprofessional
Cons:

The bed was extremely hard, and the blankets and sheets felt tingly and itchy, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned.

The next morning 9 AM, while I was lying in bed wearing only a T-shirt and no pants, a female staff member opened my door wide open without knocking. She did not enter, but I was completely caught off guard and screamed. She closed it and ran off. Checkout wasn’t until 11 AM, so this was unnecessary, but clearly she confused the rooms.
When I reported it to the front desk, the employee said he would check the cameras. After checking, he told me there was nothing on the footage. However, another female employee then admitted she had accidentally confused the rooms and apologized. She had a bit of attitude. I found the initial denial extremely concerning and felt it made the situation worse.

I requested a refund, but the front desk refused and only offered a discount on a future stay, which I felt was inadequate. I understand mistakes happen, but staff should ALWAYS knock before opening a guest’s door. Combined with the uncomfortable, seemingly unclean bedding, this experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would not stay here again.
