Habitación descuidada, falta limpieza

El desayuno fue lo único rico y el aire acondicionado

Cons:

Estaban sucias las habitaciones, descuidadas, las camas esta feas y viejas, almohadas mas qué viejas, nunca se hizo limpieza a la habitación, el baño esra muy descuidado y no tiene ventana, el lavabo esta tapado, tardaba mucho en irse el agua. Al mover los muebles estan llenos de basura. Sábanas igual ya viejas. Hay humedad en las paredesLo que si funciona bien es el aire acondicionado.

We stay at the Hotel Mucuy for three nights. The hotel is very nice, atmospheric, and stylish.
There is a small pool in a charming patio and tables and chairs.
The breakfast is tasty and served nicely; I like it.
The hotel is located well, within a walking distance from the Zocalo.

Cons:

The room is simple and not very nice. And it stinks here. We can't get rid of the stench during our three-days' stay, airing it whenever we are on the premises.

Hôtel correct, calme, bien placé dans le centre, personnel sympathique et attentif.
Pros:

Emplacement central pas très loin de l'ADO et des transports Progreso, le jardin est sympa avec la petite piscine, le personnel est agréable aussi, mention spéciale à Jorge qui a mon arrivée m'a rendu un grand service et tout bien expliqué. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet. J'avais besoin de serviettes on me les a donné tout de suite. Également c'est un hôtel assez calme !

Cons:

Je pense qu'un petit coup de frais peut être apporté aux chambres. Quelques finitions à faire (peinture, gouttières fils électriques...), étoffer un peu les équipements notamment pour la salle de bain (éléments cassés, fils, et...)
Après, avec le temps on s'y fait et si on aime l'authenticité et la simplicité ça a son charme ! :)
