Nettes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte in Traumlage
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage direkt am Wasser bzw. am See, die eine ruhige Atmosphäre gewährleistet. Der Parkplatz ist zwar kompakt, jedoch ausreichend dimensioniert. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend, und das Personal zeichnet sich durch große Freundlichkeit aus. Hunde wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr hart; dies mag kurzfristig akzeptabel sein, könnte jedoch bei längeren Aufenthalten – zumindest in meinem Fall – zu Rückenproblemen führen. Der Kaffee war lediglich durchschnittlich. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Seit dem letzten Mal ist etwas renoviert worden. Ich versuchte telefonisch Kontakt, ging jedoch keiner ran, aber über den Rückruf war ich überrascht.

Fantasic location and excellent breakfast
Pros:

This hotel is located just near the Lake Constance and features an excellent breakfast and highly professional and attentive personnel. Ideal for jogging along the lake and it comes as well with a small fitness center and a wellness section (not included in price). Not the newest hotel but the rooms are basically renovated.

Great to find a hotel in CH for this price
Pros:

I didn’t ask for the lake view as I was riding my j by Ike around the lake, and really just wanted a cheap hotel. So I’m grateful for my view of the parking lot, because it was comfy and I wasn’t in the room except to sleep. Breakfast comes with the room and I usually don’t take the hotel breakfasts because they aren’t what I want. It was ok, with a view of the lake.

Comfortable hotel, poor internet
Pros:

Comfortable room, well appointed. Secure storage for bicycles on our trip around Lake Constanz, tasty breakfast. The hotel appears to be in need of updating. Our biggest complaint was poor internet connectivity which is becoming a necessity for international travelers.
