Heerlijk afgelegen hotel naast mooie hiking routes.
Pros:

Prachtige lokatie aan het einde van een doodlopende weg met een achtertuin die op de bergketens uit kijkt. De enige wegen die langs het hotel lopen zijn wandel/hiking routes. Het personeel is over het algemeen extreem aardig en de kamer en bedden waren aangenaam. Het was voor ons fijn dat er ook een kidsclub was voor jongere kinderen, de meeste hotels accepteren alleen kinderen van 3 jaar of ouder. Het eten was ook zeer goed te noemen en de keuken was alleszins flexibel.

Cons:

Kleine dingen. Zo waren er 2 dames van het entertainment team die geen benul hadden wat ze aan het doen waren, geen planning vooraf.
De 2 zwembaden waren heel erg op volwassenen gericht, prima, maar wel tegenstrijdig met minder activiteiten en een kinderopvang.
Sommige aangeboden activiteiten waren echt buitenproportioneel duur. Een uur met een alpaca lopen á €100, Wine tasting €60 per persoon, je eigen gin maken voor €150 per persoon.
Er had wel iets van verkoeling in de kamer mogen zijn. Airco of een ventilator maar eerlijkheidshalve weet ik niet of een ventilator te verkrijgen is bij de receptie.

מלון ספא מדהים. לא פחות. בלב יער וקרוב מאד לרכבל שעולה ל Alp di Siusi - Seiser Alm. לשחות בבריכה החיצונית מול הצוקים של הדולומיטים - חלום. שדה פרחים יפהפה מקיף את המלון. צוות ידידותי, מקצועי ושרותי מאד. ארוחות בוקר וערב נפלאות. חדר שקט מרגיע ונעים. סאונות בגדלים שונים. והמון מתקנים אפשרויות בילוי לילדים. קשה היה לעזוב..

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt inmitten der Natur mit traumhafter Schlern-Kulisse und herausragendem Service
Pros:

Perfekter Service, überaus zuvorkommendes Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch im Hotel Restaurant. Das gesamte Ambiente war absolut herausragend, das Essen exzellent - die Möglichkeit, vorab für das Abendessen aus einer Menü Selektion auszuwählen, um dann komplett stressfrei den Abend zu verbringen, ist TOP. Auch die Option, ein lunch Paket für einen kleinen Aufpreis zu erhalten, um ggf. auf Wanderungen gleich Verpflegung mitzuhaben, ist vorausschauend und sehr bedacht vom Hotel. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden auch Events angeboten, etwa Kräuter Wanderungen rund ums Hotel oder ein gemütliches Lagerfeuer mit Stockbrot. Die Lage mitten im Wald sowie die wunderschönen Kneipbecken verleihen dem Aufenthalt die besondere Note, um den Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich zu machen!

Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie tussen de bergen. Vanuit het hotel starten er verschillende mooie wandelroutes. Als je wil kun je zelfs vanaf het hotel naar Alpe di Siusi wandelen (wel een behoorlijke klim). Een ideale locatie om te verblijven met je hond. Verder heeft het hotel een prachtig zwembad en is het ontbijt erg goed!

What did I like….Everything! This place was absolutely stunning! I don’t even think a 10 score is high enough for the level of quality and attention to every slightest detail. This magical place nestled in the woods along a beautiful face of the mountain is stunning and the meals…I’m speechless! Every detail and crafted breakfast buffet is beyond exceptional…it’s hard to travel across Italy staying at multiple hotels and feel disappointed after you stay at Bad Ratze because they make all other hotels look bad because these guys are top notch! Staff…fantastic!!! I will tell anyone going to Italy they can’t miss this place it’s definitely number one on the list of must stay especially while hiking through the Dolomites!
