Lovely boutique hotel, just 5 guest rooms. We had a very spacious twin bed room with en-suite. Very nicely decorated.
Nothing not to like.
We loved everything. This place was a real treat for the last day of our holiday, before we had to fly home from Prestwick. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was clearly very fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast, the room was huge (we had the family room), light and airy, very clean, beds firm and very comfortable. Lovely fragrant soap products. Loved the little extra touches which put an extra smile on our faces. Nothing was too much trouble. It was an absolute joy staying here.
It was clean, the staff were great , really helpful and friendly. The room wax really clean, the restaurant and bar was really comfortable and cosy and the food was good. I went with my two teenage children and my dog in on large room and we all had an enjoyable stay.
I personally prefer some softer pillows and a softer mattress as I felt it was too hard and I struggled with sleeping but my teenaged didn’t notice. The place was very clean but there was general wear and tear but nothing really noticeable. Just a good one night stay. The local beach past the marina is lovely and within easy reach of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent along with the amazing personal friendship and morning greetings. The friendship of the staff has once again been second to none. Stayed in the hotel for the evening meal and again I cannot fault the lovely friendly Pub atmosphere a great menu and for me the fish and chips, which I’m addict for.
What didn’t I like was being asked ‘What I didn’t Like’! OK It is tired in places but this is the charm of staying there. I have stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels around the World, where the staff treat you as a number or an inconvenience to their life. I enjoy the Inverkip Restaurant, Bar, bedroom and staff who do actually remember people and care.
