Would visit again when in Palma
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, good selection of breakfast. Lovely location walking distance from lots of places. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay :)

Pros:

God frokost og fantastisk beliggenhet i Palma by. 2 minutter å gå til de beste handlegatene, gode restauranter og severdigheter.

Cons:

På rommet var airconditionen satt alt for lavt. Vi ga beskjed 4-5 ganger og opplevde at de forsøkte å hjelpe, men til slutt fikk vi beskjed om at temperaturen bare måtte stå på under 20 grader, så vi måtte rett og slett holde oss under dynen når vi var på rommet. I tillegg var det tett sluk i dusjen og vann rant ikke ned i vasken.

Great location and wonderful staff experience
Pros:

The location was excellent and it was very clean.

Cons:

There were no amenities in the toilet (toothpaste, robes etc) and the rooms varied in size drastically. We requested to move to a larger room which was technically the same type of room.
Breakfast could also be improved

Great location in Teh Old Town of Palma
Pros:

Location and the building were amazing. The building is a former Home for nuns and in the heart of the Old Town with so much to see.
The staff were very nice and the breakfast was fantastic.
I also like that they had a filtered water machine on every floor, which meant you can top up as much water as you need.

Cons:

There’s nothing I did not like about the property, but initially they gave us a tiny room with very small windows. I asked if they had an alternative room and then they moved us to a slightly larger room with two nice windows overlooking the courtyard.
The hotel is quite expensive so I would’ve expected larger rooms but do realise that it is a city centre older building.
In any case, the staff were very nice and sorted out the problem.

Très bien! Merci à l équipe qui a su me donner des bonnes adresses pour bien manger.
Pros:

Le décor est très beau et l emplacement en plein centre et au calme.

Cons:

Il y a eu un souci avec l eau chaude dans la première chambre mais l équipe m a proposé une nouvelle chambre et c était parfait.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer war eher kleiner aber sehr gemütlich mit guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war überaus nett und war bei allen Fragen/Problemen sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

das einzige Manko war, dass es keine Klobürste im Hotelzimmer gab. Aber man hätte sicher bei Bedarf nachfragen können

Happy in Palma
Pros:

Great location central Palma, quiet surprisingly! Set back from the roads & comfy beds fabulous aircon ,slept so well.Lots of hot water good shower. Nice breakfast Very friendly staff. No complaints would return.

Cons:

Missing a trick with the beautiful courtyard. Think it needs the sound of water some kind of water feature like the sister hotel the Tres.
Missing some kind of modern vibe that they achieve in their outdoor space. Just a tiny detail still a lovely space for breakfast etc . Enjoyed our visit & looking forward to returning.

Historische Altstadt, zentralee Lage gepaart mit totaler Ruhe
Pros:

Absolut zentral gelegen in der Altstadt mit historischem Abiente. Zugleich sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Innenhof ist ein Traum. Gratis Trinkwasser nonstop.

Cons:

Türen haben zu große Schlitze, sodass Lärm vom Flur sehr leicht eindringt.

Pros:

Location is amazing, on a calm street but close to shops and restaurants and easy walk to everywhere. Staff were incredible, very helpful and nice. Breakfast is plentiful and there is a nice seating area outside. We had a perfect stay.
