Excellent hotel in superb location
Pros:

Smart and comfortable hotel with beautiful courtyard with trees. Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We had to move room three times because of broken toilet and then excessive noise from nearby bar. However, staff were as helpful as they could possibly be.

A lovely stay in the hotel & very reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location was prefect for our stay. Very central to all restaurants, shopping & places of interest. The quiet location was also perfect.
Although rooms I felt were fairly basic & on the small side the cleanliness was really good & the linen & bath towels were beautifully white & well laundered.
Breakfast options were very good.
Staff were friendly & extremely helpful.

Cons:

Perhaps a bar for a late night pre bedtime drink.

Areas around the courtyard were a little untidy & the staircase to the bedrooms were a little untidy & were lacking a good brush up & clean. Planting areas needed some attention to sharpen up the appearance.

We weren’t able to operate the air-con so it would be helpful to have some clear instructions displayed.

Palma hotel
Pros:

The location was great. The hotel, particularly the communal rooms, were beautiful..a great modern update of an old palace. Breakfast was good and the waiting staff excellwnt

Cons:

Despite there being a lovely courtyard to sit in, you couldn't get a drink or a cup of tea or coffee after about 3pm. Sometimes there were two people on reception, but nobody in the bar area. Having tea making facilities in your room is good but the courtyard was lovely and we wanted to use it after sightseeing in the morning, and have a drink. Surely allowing guests to make tea or coffee themselves would be better than nothing.

Enjoyable
Pros:

The location of the hotel was convenient for it was just a short walk into the centre of Palma. Excellent choice of breakfast each morning. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Cant think of anything but if they could include tea as well as coffee in the rooms that would be nice.
