Calme, bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner, bien placé !
Pros:

Emplacement central bien placé dans le Vieux palma.

Cons:

Chambre un peu trop petite. Manque d’animation avec notamment un Bar fermé à 15h pour le reste de la journée ! Rooftop, avec une vue magnifique, mais sous exploité, pas rangé ni débarrassé. Après il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde donc on l’avait comme privatisé…

Pros:

Alle de ansatte var veldig imøtekommende og service-innstilt. Fra vi kom til vi dro var de alltid på tilbudssiden, spesielt de som jobbet i resepsjonen. De smilte og hilste hver gang vi kom og gikk. Da vi kom første kvelden, var rommet blitt nedkjølt med air-condition og det var en personlig, håndskrevet hilsen på bordet.
Rommet var fint og rent og frokostenvar variert. Ellers var det et rolig og fredfylt hotell, som passet oss godt.
Da vi skulle reise hjem, tilbød de å lage frokostpakke til oss siden vi skulle reise før frokosten.
Kommer gjerne tilbake her!

Gran hotel para estar muy cómodo, en el centro a pocos mts de todo y con un GRAN SERVICIO!
Pros:

Absolutamente todo! El hotel es moderno pero conservando el casco más antiguo, tiene una decoración hermosa y en lo particular las habitaciones son espaciosas, con blanqueria de primera y colchones súper cómodo! El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno!
Pero además de todo su personal es muy a amable y servicial, Eva cada día me ayudó con itinerarios, propuestas gastronómicas, y más! Realmente al servicio del huésped para tener una gran estadía!

Beste Entscheidung, beste Unterkunft auf Palma
Pros:

Alles, einfach alles! Die herzlich Begrüssung, die frische im Empfang, der wunderbare Geschmack, besser kann man nirgends ankommen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war die richtige Entscheidung, hohe Räume, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Grösse super. Er Innenhof ein Traum und zum frühstücken, das beste für den perfekten Start in den Tag. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, die Auswahl riesig, sehr frisch und auch hier die Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Traumhaft, diese Kombination mit draussen sitzen und Frühstücken. Vielen, vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Just the shower wasn’t the best. Really low water pressure and the seal of the shower wasn’t set up right so it always leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Bof trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Honnêtement il est cher pour ce que c’est.
Je pense qu’on paye l emplacement.
Le personnel n’est pas très agréable.
Les couloirs ne sont pas très propres. ( déchets dans les couloirs )
Ma chambre ne fermait pas correctement il fallait pousser la porte très fort sinon elle restait ouverte.
Ça ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

Breakfast was good . They provided us with picnic boxes twice , which was nice.

Cons:

The elevator was not working properly, when you called it from the upper floor it didn’t work! That was a great inconvenience for us, we are elderly. I requested a room that I would be able to use an elevator if it was in the upper floor.This was very disappointing!!

Icon Rosetó is a great hotel to explore and enjoy Palma from.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the building is beautiful.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace could be better! It’s very much an afterthought which is a shame as it’s a nice outlook.
