Cons:

Limpeza ruim, incluindo presença de barata. Chuveiro frio na maior parte do tempo. Mas o pior é a insegurança. Portaria vazia algumas vezes e quando tinha funcionário estava distraído e com entrada liberada para qualquer um que quisesse entrar.
