Pleasant stay but very loud environment.

Steps away from tons of restaurants and bars.
Reasonable walking distance to metro station
The apartment had all the things we needed.

Cons:

There were some characters in front of the building every night. It didn't feel super safe.
What I said about being close to bars and nightclubs is a blessing and a curse. I was ok but if you are light sleeper and need peace and quiet forget about it, the music from the nearby bars will be blasting until very late.

Excelente!!! Ubicación privilegiada, apartamento equipado, súper cómodo con aire acondicionado. Tv cable, lavadora etc. Cerca de la estación estadio, en la 70 tienes variedad de todo

Pros:

Room 401 one bedroom....living area is small but comfortable enough with lots of light....the bed is comfortable, the wifi is excellent, the shower has hot water....the kitchen is small but functional with a large refrigerator, 4 burners, a coffee machine and microwave...also, a shout out to the next level rooftop that offers a great view of the area and a place for smokers to go....location wise it is close to everything you need and about an 8 minute walk to their light rail system. In a couple of blocks you can find a large grocery store, many restaurants & street food stalls and various ATMs. There's also a number of bars close by, (the street food guy just to the left on 70th has great food and he's open til 5 am on a Saturday/Sunday morning)

Cons:

Music from a couple of bars can be loud and go late on Friday & Saturday but then we're old and retired
