Pros:

The property is a good location specially when you have a early flight to haneda airport close to the otorii station.Walking distance only. Staff is kind.

Great location close to train station
Pros:

Easy self-check in. Hotel is a short walk from Otorii train station which is on the airport line. We caught the train to the airport and it was super easy, only a few stops away and took about 7 minutes.

Pros:

The room was super cool and I loved the projector. I also loved the lobby settup. It felt so cinematic

I wouldn’t stay there again needs a bit of a face lift the hotel
Cons:

Very very disappointed
It’s ridiculous that you need to check in on a machine instead of having people there at the reception
No one to help you I had to keep calling someone on the phone cause no staff were there to help you

人間と触れ合う暖かみがなく､不気味。人にはお勧めしない。

清潔。

Cons:

薄暗いロビーに2匹の怪獣と不気味なマネキンがいるだけで､変な感をアピールしてるつもりだけど、あとは全て普通。
携帯を無くして慌ててロビーに行って訴えた相手が無機質なハリボテの作り物だったことに気づいて､ゾッとした。

Ludique et parfait !
Pros:

Les équipements , la navette aéroport , tout était parfait. Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner. Le check-in et check-out sont une expérience en soi !

Cons:

Surprenant de ne voir personne et de se débrouiller avec un écran et 2 dinosaures derrière le comptoir ! Très ludique en tout cas !

Ideal for a pre-flight stay
Pros:

Their commitment to Halloween decorations was extraordinary!!
Room was very small - as ever in Tokyo - but had what we needed and even some kind of clothes steaming cupboard?!
Location was perfect for getting to the airport, super easy. There were konbinis nearby, karaoke (!) and more, so we weren’t bored!

Cons:

We didn’t encounter staff at any point - check in was self done and so was check out.
There was a bit of a smell of bad drains in the bathroom.
