Enjoy the hotel being close to a few train station and the breakfast had a decent selection.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quieter part of Tokyo and close to quite a few station.
The buffet breakfast was eclectic and in an interesting Irish pub.

Hotel con Robot in reception - è proprio Tokyo!
Pros:

Comodità assoluta dell'hotel, affianco a diverse fermate della metro (Ginza line). Vasta libertà anche nella scelta di ristoranti/attività/combini, tutti molto vicini alla struttura.
Camera minuscola, come in ogni hotel in Giappone, ma pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. letto comodo ed usata anche la lavatrice ed asciugatrice presente in hotel.
I Robot in reception? pressoché inutili, ma fanno davvero scena :)

PS. super gentile e carino il signore delle pulizie che aveva capito fossimo italiani e nei giorni successivi al nostro arrivo, la mattina ci salutava sempre in italiano, scambiando anche qualche parola con noi.

Cons:

Nulla da dire.
Solo una precisazione sui Robot: inutili, perchè di fatti il check in è stato fatto da una persona uscita da una stanza affianco alla Reception ed il check out è digitale. Non c'è alcuna interazione con loro. Di fatti mettono solo un po' d'ansia quando entri ed esci dall'hotel :)

My card was taken from the light switch and not returned. No reason to take it unless you are stealing it. Staff and hotel in my view did not do enough to fix the situation and just said the cleaner said they did not take it

Great room, good hotel, but very bad breakfast experience.
Pros:

The room was well equipped and clean. It was quite small but it was enough for just 1 person. The hotel is well located and near a metro station. It is also surrounded by restaurants and some shops/convenience stores.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. The food was of bad quality and not very appetizing, and it was nearly exactly the same every day. But the worst was definitely the cleanliness of the "pub" where the breakfast was offered. The floor and the buffet seamed dirty and you'd better not look into the kitchen which looked as filthy as the so-called "chef". We had breakfast like 3 or 4 times there and when we saw a huge cockroach crawl on a table next to us, we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel anymore.
