Room No. 307 allocated is very small and narrow. Also the WIFI connection available but not passing to customers unless it is asked. Room Phone service outgoing not available and only incoming is available. Breakfast is OK. The ventilation for the room is zero.

Total waste of money and definitely not for the family stay.
Pros:

The experience was totally bad. The room was just basic. No wifi, no proper response from the reception staff, the room service is extremely poor; till 8 pm the hotel staff including the receptionist kept sleeping on the varandah and absoltely no response and finally, till 8 am, the hotel shutter is closed and there is no watchman to open the shutter .... till you wake up the reception guy to open the gate... NOT SEEN IN ANY HOTEL. The location is central but the surrounding is dirty.. Overall a very bad experience..

A poor not friendly property

They have cancelled my booking and this has never happened to me. Just for a matter of 8000 INR, they screwed up everything. Very bad experience with booking.com
