One elevator only, no clock on the room, would be great to have a small rack at the shower

Все было просто замечательно! Отель полностью оправдал мои ожидания: уютный и комфортный номер, чистота на высоком уровне, а персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. От пребывания остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Our room was spacious and bright, and well appointed with several wardrobes and shelved cupboards, a sofa, desk and huge bed. The shower was large and refreshing; good selection of toiletries.
The soundproofing is excellent; air conditioners effective; thick curtains - so a guaranteed good nights sleep!
Breakfast choice is fairly good - a healthy start to the day with cereal, fresh fruits, savouries, breads, and some hot options.
Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They reserved and printed my ballet tickets, for example. Whenever we arrived back at the hotel after a day exploring Yerevan and beyond, the staff were interested in our experience and tales.

Breakfast could be better
I stayed at Central Hotel for a business trip and it was absolutely perfect. The location is right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to Republic Square, which made getting to my meetings incredibly easy. The staff is highly professional, and the reliable transfer service made my arrival completely stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for any business traveler looking for comfort and efficiency.
The room was clean and spacious and I felt like a princess :) The location is great for exploring town and within walking distance from the restaurants, shops and things to see.

A welcoming classy vintage place down town of Yerevan. Situated in the city center, this is ideal for easy access to any place, shops and restaurants, a lively neighborhood, with lots of trees and parks. I was happy to spent five nights in this large, cosy room in the 6th floor. Comfortable bed for good sleep. Silent, well equiped room with all assets needed during a business trip. The bathroom size is OK, all clean, just the fittings would benefit from a renovation. Breakfast buffet offers lots of delicious options, fresh fruit and good black filter coffee. I was very pleased by the staff, particularly at the front desk 24h, everybody with a smile, friendly, tremendously helpful and outcome-oriented. Perfectly satisfied.
Das Hotel liegt wie der Name sagt sehr central, alle Wege waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen wir haben nicht einmal ein Taxi benötigt. Trotzdem ist es richtig gelegen und man kann problemlos schlafen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse. 4 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt. Die Zimmer sind groß und bieten Platz für Entspannung auch wenn man einmal nicht in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Auf jeden Fall trifft das für das Zimmer 612 zu. Ohnehin gibt es nur 24 Zimmer auf den oberen zwei Etagen verteilt was dem Hotel eine von Hause aus ruhige Atmosphäre verleiht.
Badezimmer hätte größer sein können das WC liegt eng zwischen Dusche und Wand.
Warm Wasser einzustellen bedarf etwas Fingerspitzengefühl was genervt hat.
