Cute street; loud echoey building
Pros:

Clean and cute. A/C worked well. Comfy bed. Good wifi. Walking distance to many cafes and bars. The 17 minute walk to the train station is picturesque and takes you through the center of town.

Cons:

It's very loud; you will hear EVERY step that every person takes on every floor of this building. All the doors bang and slam shut quite loudly, on all 3 floors, especially the front door, and it sounds like it's happening in your bedroom. There's also a bar next door full of college students shouting loudly into the night. For some reason, the restaurant on the ground floor of this hotel is closed practically every day and night; we never ate or drank there because it was closed 99% of the time; it was only open for a private birthday party one night. Needs a bathmat and better hooks in the bathroom.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Knus sfeervol hotelletje. Leuke zolderkamer lekker ontbijt a la Carte te bestellen en dit alles is te vinden in een leuk rustig straatje. Alles op loopafstand. Vriendelijke beheerders

Super locatie midden in de stad, geweldig verblijf!
Pros:

Midden in de stad gelegen. Kleinschalig. Kamer aan de tuinzijde waardoor complete rust. Heerlijk ontbijtje in het zonnetje bij een ontwakend Leiden.

Ruin voldoende
Pros:

Klokkensteeg is een geweldig oud straatje. Kamer met prachtige oude houten balken.

Cons:

Bed: ik lag een kuil. De hoteldeur stond drie keer toe open en zonder toezicht als ik bij het hotel aankwam, waarvan twee keer in de avond. Op de dag van uitchecken is het fijn dat je je bagage nog even mag laten staan in de hal. Toek ik in de middag de bagage kwam ophalen, stond de deur weer open en er was niemand aanwezig. De bagage had gestolen kunnen worden. Gelukkig was dit niet gebeurt.

Beautiful location in a wonderfully scenic city with a charming and professional host.
Pros:

Room location. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Service at breakfast was warm, friendly and professional.

Cons:

Noisy guests arriving with screaming, running and jumping child at 23.30 all three of our nights stay, above our room.
Air con unit seemed intermittent on evening and night when it was most needed.
