Fint rum med ett litet kök. Det var uppskattat.

Cons:

Restaurangen. Beställde pizza och fick upptinade pizzor. Betalde 300 euro i deposition för att det inte skulle rökas på rummen. Checkade ut i söndags och idag är det torsdag och jag har fortfarande inte fått tillbaka pengarna till mitt konto.

Mooie uitvalsbasis, gelegen in een rustige omgeving, om Amsterdam te bezoeken.
Pros:

Rustige omgeving - uitgebreid ontbijt - vriendelijk personeel - vlakbij het hart van Amstelveen en op 15 minuten van het centrum van Amsterdam

Cons:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam maar de meesten spraken geen Nederlands en ook hun Engels was niet geweldig. De parking was betalend en dit zou, gezien de kamerprijs, toch kosteloos moeten zijn voor de gasten.

War ok, aber zu weit von Zentrum entfernt
Pros:

Wenn man aus dem Fenster geguckt hat, konnte man auf‘s Wasser gucken und Ponys beobachten. Das Bett war super bequem und der Personal total freundlich und serviceorientiert!

Cons:

Fenster und Teppich waren nicht sauber im Zimmer. Ich glaube die Fenster wurden noch nie geputzt. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig und man hatte permanent das Gefühl die eugene Zimmertür würde geöffnet werden obwohl es andere Türen waren.

Decent hotel with some issues that don’t reflect well on the Radisson name.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and food was good. Room and bed was comfortable

Cons:

I was told that room cleaning was only on request. So I requested it after two nights but they failed to clean the room. I complained in the morning and they did clean the room the next day. But why did this happen? The thermostat in the shower needs looking at. It goes from cold to scalding hot in a 5 degree turn.
