Nos hospedamos sempre neste Hotel, há mais de 6 anos, de 3 a 5 vezes por ano, a equipe é muito atenciosa e zelosa, além dele ser bem localizado e num padrão melhor do que os outros hotéis da Região Central.
A lampada do banheiro estava com problema e ficava apagando, além do dispenser do papel higienico estar danificado, em ambos os quartos que a minha família estava hospedada, o nosso quarto estava com os itens de cama com um cheiro não agradavel principalmente os travesseiros e a higiene do quarto assim que recebemos estava deixando a desejar.
No horário em que descemos para o Café da manhã, por volta das nove horas da manhã do domingo 06 de setembro, já estava escasso, várias opções de alimentos haviam acabado e não foram repostas, não apenas um item, mais vários itens.
Como foi uma estadia de apenas 1 dia, passou, mais percebemos que o Hotel vem numa descendente, está ficando decadente pela falta de manutenção e investimento, além da questão do café da manhã que decaiu bastante em comparação à estadias passadas

No café da manhã havia bastante variedade, porém demorava um pouco para fazer a reposição. Precisei pedir na cozinha para que fizessem a reposição de algumas coisas. Mas a funcionária foi solícita.
No checkin informaram que o café da manhã iniciaria às 6h00. Nos programamos para sair cedo por conta disso, mas o café só começaria às 07h00. Então, partimos sem o café da manhã.
