Emplacement près du lac et des restos, parking aisé et délicieux petit dej au château

Je n avais pas vu qu il n y avait pas d ascenseur, pas été prévenue non plus qu il fallait faire le Check in et out au château plus bas. J avais demandé un lit bébé et je me suis retrouvé avec un lit d appoint ..

Nous avions réservé une chambre au Manoir du Lac et nous avons gentiment été surclassés au Château du Lac aux mêmes conditions. Très agréable surprise !

Séjour très décevant, prestation non conforme à la réservation et aucune solution apportée sur place

L'endroit était très appréciable, mais malheureusement je n’ai pas pu en profiter pleinement.

Cons:

Je souhaite vous faire part de ma très mauvaise expérience au sein de votre établissement.

À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête et de fortes odeurs désagréables étaient présentes dans l’établissement.

Malheureusement, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été trouvée malgré les difficultés rencontrées. Le point le plus regrettable est que la prestation proposée ne correspondait pas du tout à celle présentée sur le site par lequel j’ai effectué ma réservation.

Je suis donc particulièrement déçu par cette situation et par le manque de professionnalisme apporté à ma demande.

De locatie, de panorama, de uitstraling, goede bedden, de rust van de omgeving, goede parkeerplaatsen. Het ontbijt door de week, is in een prachtig restaurant, met uitzicht over het meer

Het ontbijt in het weekend is in een eetzaal, dat heeft geen uitstraling, hoewel het ontbijt uitstekend is. Deze eetzaal heeft geen sfeer.

Un bon rapport qualité prix . Bon petit déjeuner situé dans le bâtiment principal. Calme.

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit dans le bâtiment principal ( 2min en voiture). Chambre qui vieilli un petit nettoyage de l'intérieur des ventiloconvecteur serait bien car ils sont pleins de poussière et donc ca sent un peu quand on met la clim( grille de filtration propre).
