ZERO maintenance in Martin's Manoir!
Pros:

I like the location and the surroundings outside the manoir.

Cons:

IT was a ghost hotel, nobody in, everything is closed on the ground floor. You need to check in at the Genval de Lac to collect the entrance and room card, which was not mentioned anywhere.
Once you enter the Manoir, you need to walk up the narrow staircases, which were not child-friendly. The room was super hot, despite it being mentioned that there was an air-conditioner in the room; it did not work. We called, and there were no technicians available to fix it; it was not possible to switch to other rooms and in the end we had to leave the hotel and look for other options elsewhere.
We were promised a full refund through booking.com, but this did not happen until I had to write to customer service to officially claim my money back.

onthaal, ontbijt, kamer enz alles was in orde

fietsenstalling was een echte afknapper. Geen deftige plaats om de fietsen te zetten en op te laden.

Onze bevindingen zijn “ gekleurd “. Door een mankement met de airconditioning kregen we een kamer in het Chateau du Lac. Dit voor de zelfde prijs. Dit vonden we een ontzettend mooie geste!!!

Mooi hotel aan de rand van het Zoniënwoud met veel mogelijkheden
Pros:

Doordat het hotel niet volgeboekt was, konden we verblijven in het luxe hotel: "Martin's Château du Lac".
Dit is een prachtig hotel gelegen naast het meer. Het restaurant was vol geboekt, maar het personeel heeft ons doorverwezen naar een restaurant op 100 meter afstand waar we lekker konden gaan eten.

Cons:

Eigenlijk is alles goed meegevallen en kan ik moeilijk een tegenvaller opnoemen.

Avendo avuto l'upgrade al Chateau du Lac, non posso giudicare i servizi del Manoir. Nel complesso personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Camera ampia e dotata di tutto. Pulita. Colazione molto buona. Posizione strepitosa, anche per spostarsi per varie mete. Siamo stati contenti.

La struttura necessiterebbe di manutenzione.
