One of the best hotels in Cuenca.
Pros:

Beautiful entrance, close to a mall, amazing staff, friendly and kindly enough to help me with an early check in. Great food they have at the restaurant from traditional and local food to international. Great service at my dinner time.

Cons:

Depending on what you like to do in the city and how many days you are staying it could be convenient. If you like to be closer to dowtown area this is like a 15-20 min ride. I was there only for a day of work and meetings and it worked out great.
