Happy, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They provided us with lots of information about what was locally. Warm atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean.
The breakfast room was spotlessly clean and once again, staff were friendly. A wide range of breakfast choices served to your liking.
The staff were really happy in their work, creating a lovely atmosphere.
Lots of quirky decor which gave the impression that this is a much loved business 😊

Pros:

Parking and assess to the property was good,hotel was clean staff were helpful and friendly, we would go back but stay in a bigger room, a small double is just that 😊

Cons:

Fridge was noisy, couldn't eat in the hotel rooms, shower wasn't very powerful we stayed for 3 nights

Wonderfully clean and pleasant stay!
Pros:

What a fantastic place! The host was polite and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is lovely and quiet so we slept very well. The bathroom was a warm shower and was very clean.

We didnt have breakfast during our stay but the breakfast room looked spacious and smelt lovely.

The location is very close to pleasure beach (the purpose for our visit) and close to a tram stop but quite far from Blackpool Tower so bare that in mind. Great transport connections though! Free parking on the street.

All in all, I would highly recommend

Cons:

We stayed in room 10, a small double room, which is quite small. Comfortable, very well planned out but not much floorspace. Worth baring in mind if you like a more spacious room.

Pros:

We loved the shower pressure and temperature despite being on the 2nd floor in room 10. The bed was soooooo comfortable. The staff were very friendly and took an interest in you. The food was brilliant and exceptional value. The only slight thing was the size/cosiness of the room whic was snug, but meant the room heated up quickly. We slept really well. Would definitely stay again.
