Please note that the property's reception opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 18:00.
Saturday and Sunday: from 8:00 to 17:00.

Please note that in case of late check-in without prior notification after 21:00, a staff member can assist with check-in for an additional charge of AUD 150.

All reservations are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost, regardless of the date of cancellation. However, where a cancellation results from circumstances beyond the guest’s control, such as flight cancellations or other unforeseen travel disruptions, the property may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer either a refund or a credit valid for six months.

Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per booking.

Pros:

The room we get was very great & the staff workers were pretty good but the Neighbours on the top floor were very noisy and I had people knocking on my door every night

3 week comfortable stay
Pros:

The Staff are friendly and helpful.Love the proximity to City Cat Busses, Watertown outlet, city shopping..The apartments are great for families also, as they have a full cooking kitchen, fridge, ceramic glass cooktop, washing machine, dryer..

Was a great experience
Pros:

Apart from loud noises the staff handled it brilliantly yes I would stay again as I was treated with respect. I felt listened to. Room was comfortable. My kids loved it too. Thank you for a great experience

Cons:

Terrible stay for my husband and stepkids. Dodgy people walking in and out all night through the broken fire escape doing drugs, knocking on doors and yellng. Smoking inside. They had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to stop smoke entering the room. Disgusting . They didn't sleep all night . Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Cons:

While driving to the destination on the Kwinana freeway, being rung and told to deposit $320 for bond into their bank account before I arrived there. Cigarette buts on the hallway stairs.
Loud noises from the other apartments. Female wearing only stockings and a tshirt sitting smoking on the steps.
Being refused my bond back afterwards because I was accused of smoking in the room. Of which I did not. 2 photos given, one of which was my barely smoked cigarettes ash on the table that I had brought inside the night before because it wasn't safe to leave my cigarette outside and my partner forgot to wipe it up. 2nd was a photo of a window that not sure of.
Would never stay there again. Especially withy two daughters like we did

Pros:

Great location, the apartment was nice and had all the amenities needed. Every thing was clean and comfortable, Eddie and his staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for over a week and enjoyed our stay here.
