Do not book with this facility
Pros:

Nothing at all this is just a scam both from the owner of the property and from booking because they raised it 8.4 grass. It has misleading information namely the rooms are not as pictured in the service is despicable that is they literally spy on you.

Cons:

I believe this Facility should have less than sufficient rating. An 8.5 rating in this type of pictures are misleading for people who want to enjoy a normal stay in the island.

Le climatiseur tape directement sur moi le soir malgré que j'ai essayé de régler les volets il fait du bruit très mal dormi chambre vieille a rénové literie vielle d'ailleurs jai réservé pour 3 nuits j'ai passé une seule et j'ai abandonné l'hôtel sans remboursement

Pros:

Very close to the ferry terminal right after the bus station. Easy to find.
3-story walk-up (so no heavy suitcases). Had a real nice balcony with seating. View over rooftops and town activities. Close to everything. Love this island

Cons:

We were pretty satisfied.
Büyükada could use some public beaches though

Locația aproape de port, frigider in cameră.

Cons:

Nu s-a făcut deloc curățenie cât am stat (4 nopți), nici măcar gunoiul schimbat, nu există cuier in baie sau ceva de care să agăți prosoapele, noaptea venea un miros urât din baie, comunicarea cu personalul de la recepție a lăsat de dorit: nu știau engleză și am comunicat prin Google translate. Camerele noastre au fost la parter și bagajele celor care plecau erau lăsate chiar la noi in ușă.
