Pros:

Good sized rooms, comfy bed and good ac. Smokihg rooms on all floors and vending machines on some.

Cons:

Laundry service should be much better. There is no provided iron which is poor for a 4 star hotel. There is no gym and no pool either which you would expecr either or for a 4 star.

I was placed in the very end of the hallway and I had to make long walks and take multiple turns. I wish they gave the guests access to the stairs, which was much closer to the room than the elevator.

Pros:

위치는 비교적 좋습니다. 오사카역까지 도보 7~8분정도면 갈 수 있고 조식도 가성비가 좋은편입니다. 각종 이메니티도 다양하게 구비되어 있습니다. 두번째 방문할 정도로 가격대비 괜찮은 곳입니다.

Cons:

조식이 다양하진 않습니다. 커피가 쓴맛이 강해서 다 마시기 어려웠습니다. 디저트 종류가 거의 없습니다. 아이스크림도 종류가 세종류고 비스켓이나 케익종류도 없습니다. 룸에 옷장이라고 할만한 공간이 너무 적었습니다. 욕실과 세면도 공간도 적습니다. 테이블이 적어서 2인이서 간단하게 먹을 공간이 부족합니다.

位置好，配套全，房间宽敞
Pros:

1、位置无敌，就在LINKS和grand front的对面，拖着箱子去机场大巴就步行8-10分钟，走到JR也是几分钟。
2、免费的挂耳咖啡、护肤品、卸妆油、洗面奶；牙刷要从一楼自己拿上去哟！一楼有行李称，微波炉；二楼有5台投币洗衣机。
3、房间21平方米很大，我带了2大2小的行李箱，都可以放开。卫生间尤其大，在日本很难得碰到这么大的卫生间。
4、网络🛜服务很好，房间还附赠了两瓶水。另外，为了方便游客，特别设计了“不要”贴纸，贴在不要的东西上，服务员打扫卫生时就帮忙收走。

Pros:

朝食が種類も多く、美味しかった。
スタッフの方が、親切でした。
大阪駅の出口により、20分もかかってしまった。でも、ホテルには地図があり
心遣いが素晴らしい。
また、機会があったら宿泊したいです。

Cons:

帰り際にドアの前に10時前にベッドメイキングの準備のものがあり、ちょっと急がされてるようで、少し残念でした。
お掃除、大変なのは分かりますが
まだ、チェックアウトの時間になってないので、改善できると良いのでは？
