Fabulous!
Pros:

The location was excellent - tucked away in Battery Point, just around the corner from some cute restaurants and the famous bakery. It was a quiet location, the shared kitchen and lounge was a nice touch as the room was quite spacious and the bathroom very clean and freshly renovated. The restaurant downstairs was lovely, with delicious food, and the owner made sure we were looked after. 10/10. PS Order the seafood chowder, absolutely divine!

Nothing could have been better.

Excellent no complaints
Pros:

We thought the accommodation was clean comfortable great location excellent. Staff were friendly competent very attentive could not fault one of the staff right down to the lovely cleaner. Food in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding every night we attended and also our lunch and bar food. Drinks were good too. We would stay again

Sharing bathroom with strangers.
Wasn’t clear that the kitchen was shared with all the other guests.
Bathrooms/toilets were very cold. No heating.

A lovely place in a historic part of Hobart
Pros:

Charming old pub with lovely history, in a very picturesque spot.

Cons:

The staff are friendly but run a very “hands off” approach to guests. There was almost non-existent housekeeping of any kind during my 4 day stay.
