Excellent stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

Loved the location, atmosphere and restaurant. Seafood chowder was a hit at our table. Super clean and cosy. Bathrooms were really nice and we appreciated the nice toiletries. Very friendly staff. We only had one night, would have loved another one.

Cons:

An additional or clearer sign in the kitchen area for people to clean up after themselves and to be respectful of other guests still sleeping. We cleaned up after a group of people had left their dirty dishes / smeared spreads / food crumbs on the bench to enable us to make a coffee and some toast. There was also no butter in the fridge.

very good, we both say we,d like to book again when we are around Hobart..
Pros:

we liked the decor, atmosphere, location, tea making facilities,parking spots, meals, warmth of fire, cosy nook, breakfast balcony, and other stuff...

Cons:

no blind on the outer balcony breakfast area, cosy spot but gets the direct sun in morning,

Great pub with location near CBD and the beach.
Pros:

Location is within walking distance of Salamanca Place and CBD.

Cons:

wonderful location, history, vibe etc etc
Pros:

the staff were excellent, fabulous menu & dining area. perhaps mention there are lots of stairs (I have a tricky knee)

Pros:

Great location, beautiful surroundings and meals were beautiful at the restaurant. Lovely shared kitchen with bread, butter jams, honey and tea and coffee. Fridge to store your own supplies. Great for a midnight snack

The Shipwright Arms is a glorious spot. The rooms and facilities are brilliant. The food is excellent. The staff are all really happy, helpful and obviously love Shippies. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
