Highly recommended, best staff, supportive staff and best location with reasonable rent
Pros:

I like hotel staff behaviour and they were very nice to assist. They also kept my luggage for more than 11 hours even i have checked out.

Cons:

I would recommend that windows which is normally remain opened at specailly room 110, guest will not feel comfortable and secure so in my opinion, they should completely closed so that guest can feel secure.
