Pros:

Very cozy, quiet place to stay. pleasant and warm service, taking care of your accommodation. wonderful location with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. great private place to swim in the lake - private beach. also very cozy to stay in the hotel pool, which is located in a great green space, among olive trees, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. You can walk to the town, there is a great promenade along the lake. private car parking. pet friendly 🤗

Alles prima ! Vor allem sehr familiäre und freundliche Gastgeber !
Pros:

Lage an der Via Gardesana, trotzdem ruhig. Am Hang, mit direktem Blick zum See -falls Zimmer vorne- oder eben auf der Terrasse Früh oder am Abend. Frühstück abwechslungsreich, alles da. +Filterkaffee ! Inhaber wie Personal immer sehr persönlich bemüht, freundlich und bestrebt, alles zur Zufriedenheit zu klären. Am Parkplatz etwas eng, rangieren, dann gehts ! Fitnessraum ausreichend ausgestattet ! Preise für Snacks, Getränke voll in Ordnung ! Malcesine doch 20 min zu Fuß weg, am Ufer entlang zu erreichen. Pool, mit Whirlpool: passen ! Ab Juli dann ohne Überdachung.

Cons:

Für mich persönlich Matratzen etwas weich, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran.

The highlight stay of our 2 week trip.
Pros:

An exceptional find. Ideally situated on an uncrowded part of the spectacular mid-lake shoreline but within a 20 minute lakeside walk of the bustling historic town of Mercisine.
Nicely modernised room with spectacle view across the lake, excellent hosts in Flo and David and very pleasant bar area.
Most attractive of all was the 100 metres of private lakefront reserve backed by a fragrant flowering jasmine hedge.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Der Pool ist geeignet, um auch ein paar Runden zu schwimmen und man hat einen tollen Aussicht auf den See, auch vom Whirlpool aus. Der kleine Privatstrand ist schön. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Malcesine aber der Fußweg am See entlang ist ein schöne Spaziergang in die Stadt.

Nous avons passé un weekend paradisiaque.l'emplacemenr était parfait avec vue sur le lac.Tout le personnel est adorable et au petit soin . prêt de vélo en très bon état gratuitement et fin d'aprèm midi seul dans le jacuzzi.je recommande fortement.

Wonderful stay with lake view
Pros:

We can't say enough good things about the Hotel Villa Carmen & all staff. The location is superb, all staff were so helpful, excellent breakfast, pool & garden area (& we didn't get to use the beach area but it had plenty of sunbeds very well spaced out right by the lake). I thoroughly recommend a lake view room.

Cons:

I would give the review 9.9/10 as the 0.1 was the hairdryer wasn't very powerful but that is the most minor issue.

Wir kommen wieder :-)
Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Lage am See. Kleine Anfragen wurden sofort und herzlichst erfüllt. Wenn wieder Gardasee wird das unsere erste Anlaufstelle. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck (Warmwasser in Dusche) war sehr niedrig.
