St Andrews Town Hotel
During peak wedding season, there may be a disco on until 12 midnight, which may cause some disturbance to some bedrooms. Room service will be available.
Family rooms allow for a maximum of 2 extra beds in the room. There is no capacity for extra beds in other rooms. Most superior and standard rooms will accommodate a child’s travel cot. These are provided at no extra cost, subject to availability. Please contact the property to confirm.
When using satellite navigation, please use the postcode WR9 8BS, due to the approaching access roads.
A surcharge of GBP 10 applies for a late check out after 11.00.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Indian meal was very good
Had to bring my own alcohol due to their licensing and left some of my breakfast as it was uncooked .
Picture on the website was nowhere near what the place looked like
Friendly staff, bar staff kept us happy,,
Had an excellent Indian meal cooked for from the kitchen,, really was very good,, Breakfast was excellent too,
When we arrived in car park, I thought it was the wrong hotel,, as it looked nothing like the lovely pictures on your website,, All the Virginia Creeper on the walls had been ripped down, leaving the building looking very shabby,,
The rear garden area was really poor, overgrown with broken tables & benchs strewn around the so called lawns, Below our bedroom window was the flat roof of a bay window, littered with cigarette butt's & vapes,,
The hotel prides themselves as a Wedding Venue,, I'd be very disappointed if a friend of mine held one there,, I understand there is on-going works happening, but it did look untidy all over,, But we did make the most of our couple of nights stay,,, thanks to helpfull receptionist Julia,,

Really lovely staff. Nice full English breakfast and lovely Indian dinner. Big room, free parking. A good location for us while visiting the West Midlands safari park. Comfy bed!
The bathroom was the only thing we didn’t like. It flooded when taking a shower (the door needs fixing) and needs a good cleaning on the marble wall. Otherwise everything was really lovely and we had a lovely stay. Thank you

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, cobwebs and spiders, bed was rock hard, old furniture going up the stairs which looked untidy

Dirty, Run down, Mould on the ceiling, Noisy, Bar not serving alcohol, expensive, hard to find staff if you needed something, no maid service, basic things lacking ie toilet roll and towels, unsafe wires in room, windows not opening, extremely small rooms
Friendly staff, helpful and tried to help when i pointed out things that were wrong.
Food looked nice but not a great choice at breakfast on the continetal side. Good food menu, everything cooked fresh. Large car park could do with a tidy, large garden could also do with a prune and tidy and a good watering. Nice garden funiture and lots of space. Comfortable beds, berooms spacious.
Shower screen kept falling off and was an issue until removed for saftey reasons.
Salad returned as came out with only lettece leaves on it, prvious night tge same salad had tomatoes, peppers, onion and cue with lettece leaves..
