Nice place for a mountain escape
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, there was a variety of food and it was well prepared (we had breakfast and dinner). The hotel is next to the gondola which makes it quite convenient for those who love winter sports + the equipment storage room is in the building. The hotel is also close to various bars and restaurants.

Cons:

When we stayed (during summer), there were enough parking lots, but these might not be sufficient during the high season.

Good value for money and pleasant stay.Extremely good massage
Pros:

Excellent location, good SPA and SUPERB MASSAGE.
Lady masseuse is the best!
Definitely good value for money.

Cons:

Very small room for 4 star hotel.
Breakfast not the best.
No à la carte dinner- maybe only seasonal issue as it wasn’t very busy.
Buffet dinner wasn’t great.

Хубава работа, ама българска
Pros:

Хубава локация, голям паркинг, в близост до лифтовете.

Cons:

Банята беше изключително тясна, всичко в стаята беше покрито с прах. Храната не е нещо особено, няма особено разнообразие.
През седмицата беше спокойно, но петък вечер и уикенда беше доста шумно покрай всякакви "събития". В целия курорт има шумни събия до много късно (дори до 3 сутринта), за които никой не предупреждава или поема отговорност. Реакция на някой от регистратурата не очаквайте.
Като цяло за нас съотношението цена-предлагана услуга не си отговаря. Цените са като на курорти в Алпите и Доломитите, изживяването си е българско.
