Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in den Bergen :)
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer schön und das Personal freundlich. Es lag in einem sehr schönen Wandergebiet. Die Massage war auch sehr gut. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen :)

Unitate de cazare foarte buna in regim de demipensiune la munte
Pros:

Patul extrem de confortabil, sistemul de aer conditionat pus la punct, micul dejun bogat. Prin rezervare am beneficiat de demipensiune, deci si de cina, care a fost foarte buna, de tipul bufet. In prima seara am ajuns tarziu (ora 22:00), restuarantul se inchide la ora 21, insa am anuntat receptia si ne-a pastrat cina la restaurant.
Prosoapele se schimba in fiecare zi, idem si curatenie.
Locatia este in Borovets, de unde se pot face excursii la varful Musala sau mai departe la Seven Lakes - Muntii Rila.
Dispune si de facilitati de spa - piscina interioara, sauna uscata si umeda, masaj contra cost. Beneficiezi si de halat de spa.
Are parcare (si interioara si exterioara).

Cons:

Liftul s-a defectat intr-o zi, insa nu a fost o problema prea mare datorita accesului facil pe scari la cele 3 etaje ale hotelului.
Baia ar fi putut fi mai mare ca suprafata.

Pros:

Добра локация и удобен паркинг.

Cons:

Събота вечер нямаше вода, точно когато всички се връщат изморени и отчаяни за душ след походи. Работеха само душовете в спато, където въпреки разделението мъже-жени, за 3 дни не видях веднъж да се ползват по предназначение и къпането беше отново микс мъже и жени в стъклени кабинки за най-смелите. Събота и неделя не работеше единственият асансьор в хотела и нямаше никакви варианти за хората със здравословни проблеми и затруднено движение.

Прекрасен хотел!
Pros:

Останахме изключително доволни от всичко. Локацията на хотела е великолепна - в близост до пистите, заведения за хранене, магазини.
Стаята ни беше много комфортна, просторна и чиста. Разполагаше с всичко необходимо, а гледката от балкона беше впечатляваща.
Храната беше много вкусна. СПА зоната е прекрасно място за релакс. Басейнът е чист и добре поддържан. Сауната и парната баня са големи и също изключително чисти и поддържани. И не на последно място - персонал. Всички служители бяха любезни, отзивчиви и усмихнати. Благодарим за прекрасното отношения ! Със сигурност бихме посетили хотела отново и бихме го препоръчали на приятели и близки!

Прекрасен хотел с отлично обслужване, чисти и комфортни стаи и много приятна атмосфера. Бяхме приятно изненадани, че ни настаниха в по-хубава стая от тази, която бяхме резервирали – жест, който много оценихме. Благодарим за гостоприемството и със сигурност бихме посетили отново!
