The bed was great
The floor / carpet was dirty/ stained and there was hair all over the floor from restroom to where you slept.
Location was convenient to the campus. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout the entire weekend. Outstanding breakfast, and the courtesy shuttle to the game was great

It didn’t have a hot tub or a sauna . I was there for work and even someway to decompress would have been much appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. While the staff member Mindy was kind and the food was fairly decent, the issues surrounding my reservation and billing overshadowed everything else.
When I arrived to check in, the hotel’s system was down, which caused delays and confusion with my payment. I booked through Booking.com with the understanding that I would pay at the property upon arrival. Instead, my card was charged anyway, which was unexpected.
After I paid my balance at the hotel and received a paper receipt showing everything had been settled, the hotel still charged my card again. This unexpected charge caused my bank account to go negative. I specifically tried to resolve this issue with the hotel before checking out because I wanted to make sure everything was correct, but despite those efforts, my card was still charged.
To make matters worse, the hotel attempted to give my room away for my second night. No one called or contacted me to discuss the issue. They simply assumed I wasn’t returning because they couldn’t process a payment, even though the payment problems were caused by the hotel’s system and billing errors—not by me. I always pay my hotel stays upfront, so I don’t understand how this situation was handled so poorly.
I’ve spoken with several people about these issues, but I still don’t feel like they have been resolved. I would appreciate someone from the corporate office contacting me to review what happened and help resolve this matter.

I have stayed twice over a year at this hotel and it has been outstanding both times. The double queen bed suites are on point. The restaurant is alright and the bar has all that is needed. Definetely a great Embassy Suites.
We were checked into a room with people already in there.
As always exceptional staff. I stay here often. Consistent high quality. Breakfast is delicious. I had a brisket omelet made for me by Maria Alvarez.
