Pros:

Carácter, ubicación perfecta para una corta estancia en Ciutadella, check in ágil autónomo y muy fácil

Cons:

Las veganas exteriores y puertas son materiales decimonónicos con su encanto pero sin aislamiento de ningún tipo e incluso poca intimidad en algunas habitaciones.

Un poco caótica y desordenada.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buena pero hay mucho ruido por las noches porque estuvimos en las fiestas de Sant Joan y hay mucha gentes de fiesta por las calles.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto fue que había varios grupos de chicos y chicas jóvenes y hacían mucho ruido por las noches porque quedaban allí con gente y comían y bebían en el patio y en la cocina y lo dejaban todo sucio y sin recoger. La cocina estaba impracticable. No pudimos ni desayunar ningún día en la cocina ni en el patio porque estaba todo sucio y sin recoger nada. Esa situación de suciedad y desorden me molestó muchísimo porque soy una mujer que me gusta todo en su sitio. El primer día nos encontramos con ellos y ellas que estaban cenando allí. Pero a eso de las 5 de la mañana estuvieron pegando gritos y haciendo mucho ruido. Esa situación se repitió durante todas las noches.

Me han cobrado 95€ por no dejar la llave en el cajetín de la entrada al dejar el hotel y dejarla en la habitación, sin previo aviso.

Décevant, cette chambre a eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, proche de toutes les commodités et des principaux centres d'intérêt. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

- la chambre était beaucoup trop petite pour le prix qu’elle nous a coûtée.
- la salle de bain inexistante, exiguë, trop proche du matelas.
- humidité dans la chambre, les serviettes ne séchaient pas et des fourmis étaient également présentes.
- mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend tout, dans le couloir, le patio, et à l’étage.

La ubicación es perfecta

Cons:

Intentamos poneros en contacto en el teléfono indicando y no contestó ni devolvió la llamada nadie. No tienen servicio para poder dejar las maletas en el check out (no respondieron nunca a la pregunta). Como sugerencia podrían agilizar la entrada, ya que tienes que llamar a un teléfono que está en la puerta del hotel y tuvimos que esperar un rato en la puerta para que mandarán un whatsapp con las claves de acceso.

Loved the locations really well located

Cons:

Was hard to get in as there is no staff on site, had to call and message multiple times util someone explained the code and how to get in. My room was located in the ground floor next to the kitchen and the street and could hear all the noise
