Décevant, cette chambre a eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, proche de toutes les commodités et des principaux centres d'intérêt. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

- la chambre était beaucoup trop petite pour le prix qu’elle nous a coûtée.
- la salle de bain inexistante, exiguë, trop proche du matelas.
- humidité dans la chambre, les serviettes ne séchaient pas et des fourmis étaient également présentes.
- mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend tout, dans le couloir, le patio, et à l’étage.

La ubicación es perfecta

Cons:

Intentamos poneros en contacto en el teléfono indicando y no contestó ni devolvió la llamada nadie. No tienen servicio para poder dejar las maletas en el check out (no respondieron nunca a la pregunta). Como sugerencia podrían agilizar la entrada, ya que tienes que llamar a un teléfono que está en la puerta del hotel y tuvimos que esperar un rato en la puerta para que mandarán un whatsapp con las claves de acceso.

Loved the locations really well located

Cons:

Was hard to get in as there is no staff on site, had to call and message multiple times util someone explained the code and how to get in. My room was located in the ground floor next to the kitchen and the street and could hear all the noise

Ładne zabykowe budynki w samym centrum Ciutedelli, pokój z własną łazienką, miłe miejsce, czysto, czuć czystością jak sie wchodzi aż za bardzo. Mogłem sie zameldować na pokój wcześniej

Obsługa trochę niekompetentna, nie dostałem żadnej wiadomości ani na booking ani na email jak mam sie dostać do budynku, musiałem sam dzwonić na numer i prosić o przesłanie wiadomości jak sie dostać do pomieszczeń. kuchnia wspólna na 7 pokoji brak kuchenki i czajnika by zagotować wode więc wycieczka z dziećmi odpada, swojego sniadania nie ma sensu robić bo zjesz na sucho lub jedynie z jakims sokiem, kawa i cherbata odpada, jak na całej miniorce brak dostępu do pralki, mimo że w hotelu jest ich 4 i pracują przez pół dnia codziennie, urządzona pralnia na środku wąskiego korytarza, pokojówki rozmawiają tylko w języku hiszpańskim więc w razie jakichś informacji polecam urzywać translatora w telefonie.

Las escaleras son muy inclinadas y estrechos. La segunda habitación es peligrosa. El baño huele a tuberías. No hay mantas pasamos la noche temblando de frío.
